The designs matched my expectations and were delivered within 24 hours, which was excellent. The communication was smooth and there were no issues during the process. Unfortunately, one design was not accepted by Amazon due to a content policy issue. However, after I contacted the seller, they immediately responded and offered to create a replacement design. I really appreciate their quick support and professionalism in handling the situation. Overall, it has been a very good experience. If everything continues to work well with the designs, I can definitely see myself ordering again in the future — especially as my account grows beyond Tier 10. It’s also a big advantage that they not only create the designs but also provide the Amazon Merch listing content, including titles, bullet points, and descriptions.

Every design that I asked for to be created was done within 24hrs. The response time was quick and every project was delivered before promised time. I highly recommend him for any project/designs. Additionally, the customer service was outstanding!

MerchCrafter.com disappointment. Zero expertise in algorithms on tshirt platforms

MerchCrafter.com has been a complete disappointment. They heavily promoted what they claimed was a Tier 10 achieving 550 sales in a single month from only 10 designs, but it was obviously fabricated. Despite placing multiple orders and waiting weeks, I've had zero sales on my end. Three of my designs were rejected by Amazon due to copyright and trademark violations. They promised to provide replacement designs, but more than three weeks later, I've received nothing, no updates, no fixes.

I explicitly requested no holiday-themed designs, yet they sent one anyway, ignoring my clear instructions. Overall, this has been a huge letdown due to poor niche research, lack of follow-through, low-quality clip-art-style designs that struggle to rank, frequent copyright/trademark mistakes, and zero expertise

Their website excels at marketing with only curated fake 5-star reviews (they block or hide real negative feedback). Save your money and time. MerchCrafter.com is not worth it, and you'll likely end up frustrated and out of pocket.
