I ran into a problem with my Mercury card.. and. misplaced it.. contacted Mercury.. The rep was polite and helpful.. They issued a new card ....received a new card within days..and.. now.. all is well...

I love the card. It is very easy to use & accepted at a lot of places. It is easy to pay online.

I experienced a horrible customer service experience from one of agents which has made me make tile decision to pay this card off expeditiously before the next due date and close the card. I know this will affect my credit score, however, I would rather deal with a low score which I can recover than to deal with a rude liar as a customer service representative. I hope my call is reviewed for further training.
