The best place to track your crypto
The best place to track your crypto. I use it while staying in hotels and using different WIFIs knowing my info is safe within the Merlin app. Love the exit strategy feature.

Professional company with professional support. Many videos available on how to setup and use but the platform is so simple you really don’t need it. Exit plans are awesome and tracks your purchase. I wish I could tie to crypto.com the exchange I trade on and I understand it will arrive soon. Thank you Merlin Team

This is a great product
This is a great product. Hopefully one day we can trade with it, but it's extremely helpful to see everything on one screen, in detail. I prefer it over Trezor Suite. Not only that, customer service was relatively quick and an actual person/human responded! Thanks so much!

Mixed Emotions
I like the layout, but my numbers are not accuarte, as far as cost basis, etc. It is also way too slow to update. I make trades and purchases and it takes hours to see the changes. I currently use another product as well and it updates immediately.

A must have for all crypto investors!!
This program is extremely helpful with organizing your digital assets and seeing key analytics in a user-friendly manner. I love the “exit strategy” feature because it provides me the ability to forecast and develop possible exit plans.
Additionally, their customer service is exceptional, especially Mario who was very responsive, informational, and clearly cares about the people who use the program.

Great Experience
Merlin provides a nice overview and insight into my assets. I’ve only set up two exit strategies, but with the volatility of the current market, I’ve not executed on them yet. Also, there are some issues where I remove a coin, but it returns the next day.
I chose to give it another month, but I’m not yet sold it’s worth $18/month. If it incorporated fibonacci in to the platform and made generating exit strategies a little more seamless, then I’d see the benefit. Also, in addition to exit strategies it might be nice to introduce entry strategies on existing or projected crypto.
[UPDATE]
I did not mention how I appreciate the quick response and ability to provide direct feedback and issue resolution from the team. Given this, I've been assured that the suggestions I've made are on their road map. In regards to coins I've deleted and then return, there is a feature I missed, which is provides the ability to Hide the coin, this solved that issue. I'm increasing to 4 stars now.

I love the simplicity of the app and its’ features. I have finally been able to relax since setting up my exit strategy with Merlin. Getting an alert prior to approaching an exit point has been a game changer and the customer service from the folks running the Merlin app has been exceptional - prompt, professional and courteous.
