Ordering on the website is easy. I received my order and once I went through the website and found the facts page I found where it’s stated that it takes 3-5 days once you place the order for it to be roasted and prepared for shipping.

Good Evening Cheryl,

I am sorry that you are frustrated with the timeframe. Just so you know, we roast everything fresh to order. This process can take 2-4 business days and then we ship it out USPS.

When you sent us an email yesterday asking when your order will be sent out, we responded promptly and said that we should be able to get that order out today for you, and we did that.

Your order is In-Transit and is set to arrive tomorrow. We are closed on weekends, so we want to again apologize that this order took an extra day than what is usual for us. We are always here for you, and want to you to enjoy both our coffee and the experience with our company.

Magical customer service

This coffee is amazing! Get it you won't regret it! Or have anything like it anywhere else. Even better than the coffee is the customer service. There was an issue with my last order. I'm in a household with a few coffee drinkers. But, need decaffeinated as I have an issue with caffeine but still love coffee. Multiple bags in the same flavor were delivered. But, it was undesirable to which was the decaffeinated one. And they jumped on it right away. The problem was corrected and I am again happy customer. I couldn't be happier.
