Patrick Brennan provided me exceptional service. I was looking for a brand specific spare part, and Patrick supplied it FOC without any debate. Completely blew me away.

We had a problem with dropping hinges after purchase and installation. Patrick at Merlyn head office customer services was extremely helpful in wanting us to overcome this technical issue and sent out his installation engineer Derek to put things right. Derek comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience and was not in a rush to get things done like other companies. I would recommend Merlyn any day. Best customer after sale service ever recieved !

I emailed regarding a missing part with photos only as a guide. Patrick responded identifying a part and requesting confirmation. He then very quickly confirmed dispatch. He was polite throughout.

We’ve now purchased our third Merlyn shower, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The quality of their products is exceptional, and their customer service is simply amazing. We did have a small issue during installation (completely not Merlyn’s fault), but they were incredibly helpful and went well beyond our expectations to support us.

We first chose Merlyn a few years ago largely because of the great reviews about their customer service—and they have absolutely lived up to that reputation.

Highly recommend Merlyn Showers!

We bought a very expensive shower door. The quality of the product is great, however the item arrived with some missing parts that our fitter had to request (which delayed the execution of about 3 days).

My Ionic shower panels are great quality. Merlyn customer service is fantastic. A special thanks to Andrew for your help.

I ordered the Merlyn MBox bifold shower door directly from Merlyn and the whole process was really straightforward. The site was easy to use, checkout was quick, and I received clear delivery updates. The door arrived on time, very well packaged, and the quality of the glass and fittings is excellent, just as described. Overall, I’m very happy with both the product and Merlyn’s reliable delivery service.

I contacted Merlyn for a replacement handle for a shower I bought 14 years ago. Not only did they respond immediately but the part was posted the same day and received a few days later. First class customer service.

My recent experience (18th.March 2026) with this company was made great by the obviously extensive product knowledge of one of their employees, one Patrick Brennan of their Technical and Customer Service Department. I have had my Merlyn Series 8 shower cubicle installed since 2015. What a great piece of "kit" However, as things go, unfortunately, things do not last forever, and I had a small plastic clip that kept one of the glass panels in place break. (possibly due to my heavy hand). The company that supplied and installed the cubicle were unable to identify the correct part, so I resorted to contacting Merlyn direct. The fantastic customer service and product knowledge as I have already stated was provided by Patrick Brennan. I managed to provide a photo of the clip, and Patrick identified it straight away. I received the clip by post this very day (21st. March 2026) and it is now installed. Job done. Well done, Patrick.

Very good quality product and very good service from the friendly Merlyn guy who measured and fitted it.

Minor niggle 1 - we still await the supply of a chrome screw cover that was overlooked on installation.

Minor niggle 2 - communications were poor in respect of scheduling site visits and providing information regarding showrooms for seeing the product prior to ordering.

The service I received from Paul in the technical support team was amongst some of the best I have received from any business, anywhere. He replied to my questions almost before I had sent the email!
I have inherited a Merlyn shower in our new house. I would now go out of my way to buy another.

Great after sales support for replacing the door deals.

Had a broken shower door rollers.
Contacted merlyn and spoke to guy called Aiden who sent me a new set of rollers free of charge.
They arrived yesterday no charge.

we had a Merlyn 6 series shower enclosure fitted in our bungalow which had deterioated and needed replacement.
We telephoned Merlyn and they immediately organised a replacement to be fitted in line with their "Lifetime Guarantee",

I contacted Merlyn's Customer Service via email. Had a reply within minutes and a couple of emails later the spare parts I needed were on order. I would say the help Patrick gave me was above and beyond any other company i've dealt with, which was a really nice surprise.
