Delays but I got my item :)
I purchased an item due for delivery in December, but this got delayed (no doubt due to the pandemic/brexit!). I contacted the company and they responded extremely promptly saying that it was now due on February 26th. A few more delays later and my product has arrived and in great condition.
I was a bit worried when the delays kept coming - not being sure if the site was a scam (despite the many positive reviews on here!!), but throughout it all, every time I've contacted metageeks, they have got back to me straight away, and as soon as the product arrived in the warehouse it was dispatched and delivered ASAP. Will definitely be using them again.
All I would ask is a bit more information from the company to save me having to contact them to chase up an item - maybe, once the release date has arrived, an email saying "sorry, your item has been delayed" or "your item is en route to the UK but there are delays, as soon as we know any more, we will contact you again.!
Other than that, really positive experience!

Smooth Experience
Made my first order with MetaGeeks on the 7th, received my items on the 12th. The ordering experience was smooth, the item was packaged well and the price of the figure was reasonable. All in all a good experience.
Iâve also made a pre-order with them for a product currently slated to release on the 30th of April. Iâve read reviews where there has been a lack of communication during preorder delays/issues. Will be sure to update whether there are any issues or I receive my items in a timely manner as that will dictate whether I will become a regular customer.
