For these creative people, there is no line between imagination and reality. They bring all their ideas to life. The Metal Time Workshop team is in constant search of new forms and concepts. Our mission is to inspire as many people as possible with technical creativity and create tools for them to implement the most daring and diverse technical projects and ideas. Our designers are interested in people with different hobbies, of any age, from children to retirees, for everyone we are ready to provide interesting, useful, instructive material for research and creativity. Our package was delivered

Our package was delivered, however it was all bent. We are awaiting details about a refund.

Thank you for your message, and please accept our sincere apologies for this issue.

We are truly shocked by the condition in which the parcel was delivered. Unfortunately, shipping and handling are entirely outside of our control, and we have no influence over the actions of the delivery companies. That said, we are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.

To proceed, we kindly ask you to provide clear photos of the external packaging and the damaged item. Once received, we will arrange a refund for you without delay.

Please note that there is no need to return the item to China at this stage.

As a gesture of goodwill, we can also ship you a complimentary gift locally from the UK, where we are based, to minimize any further inconvenience.

Regarding the M4 Sherman DIY model, please be advised that the next batch is scheduled to arrive in the UK in Q2 2026.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the situation and appreciate your understanding. We look forward to your reply with the requested photos.

Not that great.

I really didn't care for this product because I felt like it was really hard and frusrating to put together and the directions were kind of hard to follow. And after hours of trying to put it together I just gave up on it. Also I would not recommend getting this for a kid as they would get very frustrated and this is more for an adult with experience of putting these things together.

Our models are indeed designed for adults who enjoy detailed mechanical challenges, and many of our users find the process rewarding — you can see plenty of their assembly videos and tips online.

Still, we completely understand that everyone’s experience can vary, and we’re here to help make yours better.

Great kit, the model looks nice at the end :)
Don't forget to have your own tool to make details shape in proper form. Sometimes it's difficult to do with just fingers. It's not included in kit.

Yes, some of our model kits do not include tools in order to keep the price affordable for our fans. The toolkits we offer separately are designed to be reusable and can be used to assemble multiple models.

All of the parts of the Caspian Sea Monster fit together beautifully, and the instructions were quite clear. Every Metal Time model I've built has been a satisfying experience.
