total skem joke casino...best and most ridiculous are their constant giveaway....starts on twitter, like every 2 hours fake giveaway like 2k for 10 random chosen ppl.. haha lol. They just copy paste this sort of skem joke from Stake casino, just made it even more hardcore. Absolute fake, but thats just beginning. On their site...hahahaha. omg how these ppl can even live with themselves, on their site they are doing every day giveaways for 200 ETH or even more i think. Also scam everything obviously. Their RTP is about 10% instead of some 94%. 95% players or live bets u seeing on their site are bots. Theres almost zero chance u gonna win something ever. While receiving multiple complaints about Affiliate payouts, you announced a $25k worth of giveaways for 5 new players who would sign up. Instead of making things right, you posted something addressed to the complainants making it seem like they did something wrong. You almost forgot how it's clearly stated and I quote,

"Simple terms
• Payments land in the MetaWin balance on the 1st of the month."

I agree, it indeed was very simple and so it's very easy to understand. Now that being said, if you implement simple rules you got to abide your own simple rules. If you are not confident enough that something can be done on or before a cut off that was announced in the platform, again it's simple, communicate and set expectations. But hell nah, instead of us hearing an apology and explanation from you, you run your mouth talk act like a child having childish arguments with your childhood friends. Blah blah Blah! You are expected to make things right not to say things in public cause it is not professional to be honest. Your platform has a good potential to succeed. But that ain't happening if you don't mean what you say. Don't forget who you are giving and setting expectations with, 99.9% are degens. Do I need to explain to ya what "degen" means? Of course not you should know better. Payout the affiliate race before intentionally trying to trigger complainants by announcing another giveaway related to affiliates and referrals. That is if you wanna build your reputation for the better. We're here to back you up. It's simple just mean what you say and say what you mean. If you don't wanna pay out affiliates every first of the month, by all means delete the rues written publicly in your platform. It's easy as that. When you said in discord how funny it is. I laughed hard. Cause when you said that you like slapped your own face. What a shame.

I heard about the vip transfer option this site was offering so I signed up and sent over the necessary information, I saw a bunch of other people who signed up after me get their transfer bonus and my application was left sitting. I finally heard from someone asking for more information which I sent just to be told the VIP transfer was no longer accepting applications. I think it was extremely unprofessional for them to exclude someone who was waiting and submitted the application before all of the other ones that got accepted. They have been very wishy washy with how they conduct themselves and I don’t trust them.

This casino started off with great potential, claiming instant deposits and withdraws and the highest rtp of any site. They held a massive vip transfer program which ended up be exploited. This highlighted the naivety and immaturity of the site's infrastructure. There is no formal live support option on site. All interactions must take place on discord. Unfortunately, the employees (or volunteers?) are unhelpful and unprofessional. In one instance, my account was disabled without warning or notification. My wallet was inaccessible and there was no response to my support ticket for over 24 hours. There was absolutely nothing I could do and zero communication from Metawin. After 24 hours, they told me they were examining my account for suspicious activity, found none, reopened my account, and then closed my ticket. This could happen again at any time and I have refused to deposit ever since. I will wash my hands of this casino and never return once the affiliate payments are made. The site advertised payments on the 1st, but unfortunately it's the 3rd and no payment. Any attempt to get information is met with hostility or just ignored. Metawin is just not capable of handling the expansion they initially sought. I do not recommend this company, my affiliates have been warned of my experience, and this review is a warning to you.

Edit to update:
The affiliate commission was officially paid out on 06/07. The advertised payout was not credited. They said that payments were already sent out due to a misconfiguration earlier in the month. What I thought was the VIP transfer bonus and rain turned out to be my commission. I am very disappointed that I was led on for 7 days just to be told that.

Also, it is worth noting, commission is paid out based on affiliate loss. So, if your affiliate is profitable, then no commission will be paid to you that month. This is a horrible model in my opinion, to hope your affiliate loses money so that you can profit from their loss....

Possibly the worst customer service you will get at an online casino…. Wouldn’t be surprised if a rug pull coming…

The first red flag for this place was the halting of withdrawals a few weeks ago. After referring several of my friends to this site and participating in a referral contest. MetaWin stopped withdrawals for 24 hours. What an embarrassing way to show your referrals how great the site is :)

The referral contest dates were May 1-31st and an official announcement was made that payouts would happen on June 1st.

It’s now June 3rd and zero communication from support or any announcement regarding the status of payments has been made.

I have yet to refer anyone else here after MetaWin halted withdrawals weeks ago, but now I am imploring any avid casino player to stay far, far away from this scam website.

Terribbly unethical casino. They hosted an affiliate race but are cheating the winners of of the promised $5,000 by either entering their own fake accounts into the mix and also by not correctly counting all affiliates that were signed up for two particular users. Their Support is awful and they string you along without providing any actual dates of resolution.

The affiliate race ended on a specific date yet somehow two accounts still are increasing their affiliate count, well after the end date of the race. We suspect so they do not have to pay out the $10,000 of promised affiliate earnings.

Multiple other reasons however here are just a couple.

Rigged website… they are not answering the emails that I am sending to support with clear printscreens with dates and times on it.

The bots also ensure that there are consistently more positive reviews than negative ones, maintaining an excellent rating; however, the reality is quite different.

I anticipate that MetaWin will now attempt to have my TrustPilot review deleted. I'll make them pay for it, hoping that my warning can benefit a few readers before it might get banned at some point.
