We've had a fantastic experience with MethaMeasure and honestly couldn't recommend it highly enough.

The system itself is really easy to use and has made a huge difference to the way we manage our FP10MDA prescriptions and supervised consumption service. It's helped streamline our workflow, reduced paperwork and dispensing time, improved our record keeping, and given us much greater confidence that everything is documented accurately.

What really stood out, though, was the team behind the software. From day one, everyone we dealt with was incredibly friendly, patient, and supportive. The engineers made the installation process completely hassle-free, explained everything clearly, and took the time to make sure we were comfortable using the system before they left. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

Throughout the whole process, we genuinely felt looked after. It's rare to come across a company that provides such excellent customer service and continues to be there whenever you need support. Knowing there's a knowledgeable and approachable team at the other end gives us real peace of mind.

MethaMeasure has been a brilliant investment for our pharmacy, and we'd happily recommend it to any pharmacy providing supervised consumption or dispensing FP10MDA prescriptions. It's made our day-to-day work more efficient, reduced the risk of errors, and made managing the service much easier.

Methameasure is reliable, and does exactly what it promises. The interface is easy to use, and it’s been really helpful for accurate measurements. Definitely recommend as it works smoothly and saves time. Previously we spent hours measuring each client one by one.

Our methameasure needed calibrating. A young man from Scotland came down (Oliver) and helped us out. He took time to figure out the problem we had, he was very diligent, most satisfied with his help.

The support from the team has been absolutely fantastic-Jen is always at hand to support and check-in to make sure things are going well, and to deal with any problems and queries. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
The best thing about this is that it isn’t just a cd register-it has so many other features that has allowed us to go truly paperless with alot of things-and the developments are only ongoing and getting better. Theres no extra costs for new features which makes it truly cost effective!
Thank you for this product-as my pharmacists say-‘it’s the best thing you’ve introduced this year’-and I’ve made multiple changes!

I have been using methameasure for the past 16 years and have found it to be one of the most efficent processes in my pharmacy, which has saved me a so much time. The customer service is amazing and on the rare occasion we do have a query they are only a phone call away.

I have been using Methameasure for over the last 15 years . It's been one of the best things we did at Morecambe Bay Chemist as it's simple to use and saves time as the register is electronic . It is very cost effective and better than other alternatives out in the market . Our rep , Chris is fully supportive at all times plus the customer services team are very prompt with any queries .

Fantastic service from the start. Dylan and Chris go above and beyond to make sure everyone is trained and the system is set up exactly how you want it. The system is seamless and easy to use with lots of added useful features.
