Awesome customer service.....
This is my first time to order Metisu brand dresses direct from Their web instead of from Amazon. Comparing with some clothing company such as BerryLook on Facebook, Metisu provides outstanding customer service with fast shipping, Quick response and friendly attitude. Always sending update notifications once we placed the orders. Previously I had purchased few clothing from BerryLook. Their customer service is a nightmare. You could not even find the transaction records once you placed the order. It takes almost 3 months to deal with them back and forth for money refund. They took all means to delay the process.
On the contrary, Metisu provides great customer service. I will definitely doing business with them base on their sincere attitude.
One of the dress I ordered from Metisu is a plain but very comfortable casual dark blue dress. The material is very good and very well made. The fit was perfect . I am very happy with the order.

Beautiful!!! Darker only blue than the photo, smooth and light but noted the front V is a big V, need to pin up a bit.

My husband bought me a dress from METISU. A beautiful dress, lovely fabric, and very well made. Looks stunning and is very comfortable to wear, the only issue is the length of time it took to arrive.

The Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. Generally speaking, the Processing Time is 1-5 working days and the Shipping Time depends on the shipping method you choose. The shipping time of standard shipping you choose is 10-15 working days and express shipping is 2-4 business days.

I don't usually buy in this kind of webs, but my friend recommend it to me. The size correspond to the web, and the shipping was faster than I expected! In two weeks I have my new dress at home. I can't believe it was only $39. The quality was great. I'm sure that I'll buy here again!

I ordered some dresses for bridemaid and need it urgently. I sent a request if they could expedite the order. I received immediate response from Clare, Shannon and Quinta over the next two days and a tracking #. I ordered Monday and the dresses were at my house on Friday!! I ordered 1 dress from Metisu and it is fabulous!!! It is real deal, high quality fabric, well made, size is as true as it gets, customer service was supper responsive. The dress was only $33, came with the belt. Outfit looks $100-$200 easily!!!!! I am supper happy with my purchase! Thank you!

Really pretty dress
Really pretty dress, the embroidered fabric is gorgeous. I get many compliments on this dress and it is a lovely style. Delivery did take a little while. I would sat it runs a size small. I would have exchanged but I didn't want to wait for a new one to come in. Size up!

I bought an orange lace maxi dress for my wife who was very pleased with it. As you 'd expect from New Look the quality of the dress is really good and after being washed a few times the dress hasn't lost any of its color or shape.

I really loves the items I received, four beautiful and so stylish dresses...everything arrived in a good packaging in a good time...The quality was really, really gooooood, the fabric of one dress was a bit heavy(but its good)... I personally love my dresses...I dont buy bags but they have nice ones!
