DON’T USE METRO MOVING, BAD COMPANY…..COMMITTED FRAUD, HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO BANK ……INVESTIGATION. Salesman called Mark from Metro Moving should be fired. Blamed me for the moving not going right. Called me lazy….I am a Senior…..how rude is that…he is…..rip off man…he doesn’t do his job well. They are listed as Transportation Service in Toronto, Ontario. I did a search in Google under Calgary moving companies. I can’t find any storage under their name in Calgary. I am ordained in ministry. They moved me Aug 30/26 & today is Sept 15/26 from Nova Scotia to Alberta & bad communication. They wanted payment when they are still in Ontario. I paid them in full & have valuable paintings & they were not even packed properly & I don’t know if I will receive them or not along with my other belongings. Salesman said I would be notified over WhatsApp when my shipment arrives & they have several storage facilities in Alberta & he didn’t communicate & tell me address of where my things are or going to be. He told me storage was free for first month & now wants to charge me for storage when I don’t even know address of where my things are or if they even arrived in Alberta. He, also, told me they move me in to my new place with no charge…what a dishonest salesman & rude man. Don’t ever use this moving company. Usually you pay after you get your things & know they are okay & not missing or damaged. They have insurance & have to pay me for missing or damaged items. I won’t give them another cent until I have proof my belongings are okay & not damaged or missing. Don’t trust them…….bad company. I am the paying customer, you don’t call your customers names & lie to them. Salesman even said my paintings would be wrapped in plastic & were not….they are very valuable! I finally heard from Andy from Metro Moving & it is Sept 18/26. He is calling me tomorrow about my belongings & they are being put in storage….I don’t know what to think or expect. I really don’t trust them anymore because of Mark the Salesman at Metro Moving. I hope my things are okay. It says one month of free storage right on their quote sheet with their logo & now they don’t want to give me the free month of storage. Sept 19/26 at 11:00 am & still haven’t heard from Andy at Metro Moving when he said he would call me. It is now 6:30 pm & I still haven’t heard from Andy at Metro Moving on Sept 19/26. Andy is dressed in white with turban on his head. Trying to rip me off. He is on WhatsApp along with Mark from Metro Moving. The main reason I got them to move me is Mark from Metro Moving offered me free month of storage before moving me into my new place with no charge. Lied & committed fraud……have contacted bank & reported them.

Update: stuff is damaged and missing, was finally delivered a month later with damaged bed, TV and moldy belongings- stay far!
