Your website hast good information and I was excited when I saw that you sold rolls of screens. To my delight I found that you sold the exact aluminum mesh screen that the patio company used when they originally built/installed my patio enclosure. (BTW, that company quoted me thousands of dollars to do the needed repairs to my patio screens which were damaged by a large dog). Your support team guided me on what size roll to purchase. So I ordered a roll from you and the proper tool. Watched some YouTube videos, and I have been happily/easily repairing my own screens. And they look beautiful!! Thank you so much! Will recommend you to anyone I know who needs screens.

Used their screen measuring instructions as they suggested, and initial order screens were too small. Customer service did work with me by offering new screens at 50% off. I rejected this offer, and they offered new screens at no cost, but I did pay another $50 for shipping. The new screens were too large, and I had to force them in by slightly bending them into place. Best I could hope for I guess. I would shop elsewhere if I had to do it again.

The screen quality is top notch and my customer loved the upgrade with the better screen and smaller opening to keep small insects out.

I got the screens today and installed them. They fit perfectly and looked even better than I had hoped. Totally pleased.

Ordered a build it yourself screen door and picked it up, but after trying to assemble discovered a few things wrong with the frame. Put in a work order and they immediately addressed the issue and stands by their product and customer service.

Shipping was well packaged and fast. The screens fit perfectly.

We ordered the BetterVue screen to replace old screens in our screen door and some windows. When my husband was installing the first screen, I thought it looked really black and was wondering if I was going to like it, but then when he actually put the screen in the door, voila!, it was great!!! You have to look really hard to tell there is even a screen in it. Love it!

The door was built great. Quality and appearance are excellent.

The size was wrong, width good height was off. It was to tall.

I did not want to go through the hassle of sending it back and waiting for a new one or possibly arguing that I gave the wrong measurements. So I took out my grinder and cut of some metal that will never be seen and got it to fit.

It's still a little tight but is working better than the original which was broken.

A very nice, sturdy screen door. I like the idea of measuring and having a door that fits without having to adjust and make the whole assembly weaker. Definitely, worth the cost and a decent value. The only area I had concern was the instructions. They are not good at all. I am a very handyman. I have replaced toilets, plumbing fixtures and the like. Since these screen doors require the homeowner to put together, some detailed instructions with a parts list and photos would earn a five star review.

All went well, made quickly, delivered fast and easy to install. Just in time for the summer.
