Excellente début d’expérience dans cette clinique dentaire. Des mon arrivée à l’aéroport, tout était parfaitement organisé avec un accueil très chaleureux. J’ai été pris en charge par une équipe soignante attentionnée et professionnelle. Plus pour l’interprète qui a été d’une gentillesse remarquable. Les locaux sont modernes et d’une propreté impeccable. Je recommande vivement.

I had an amazing experience with my dental implant treatment. From the first consultation to the final result, the dentist was extremely professional and explained every step clearly. The procedure was much easier than I expected, and the staff made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. My implant looks and feels just like a natural tooth. I can finally smile and eat with confidence again. Highly recommended for anyone considering dental implants!

Особенно хотелось отметить доктора, с золотыми руками и редким талантом, и Татьяну с прекрасным сопровождением, которая всегда заряжает позитивом. I had an amazing experience at Mevsim Clinic in Turkey. Going there alone, I was initially a bit unsure, but Denise made me feel completely at ease. I quickly trusted the doctors and Denise’s expertise in color and design, and it really paid off. The doctors were skilled, gentle, and understanding, and Denise went above and beyond, even showing me around Turkey. I’d definitely recommend trusting the clinic and the team, especially if you’re going solo or feeling indecisive. It was truly a wonderful experience!

The customer service was phenomenal!! I felt completely in tune and up to date every step of the way. The staff devotes their full attention on you and your services. Also they put you in the best hotels and send the best drivers to make sure you’re safe and on time! Most importantly, the staff puts in enormous work, including staying after hours to get the job done! I couldn’t be more happier with my new smile 😊 (Highly recommend)

Before the pandemic, my teeth began falling apart fillings gone, unbearable pain, and no one to help. One by one, they broke until only roots were left. I felt hopeless. I contacted many clinics, but Mevsim Diş stood out. Their plan made sense, their response was clear and caring, and their prices were fair. From day one, everything felt right. In just half a day, they removed the damaged teeth, fixed my sinuses, placed the implants, and polished the rest with such skill that I didn’t feel a thing. It was beyond professional. I was in shock, in the best way.
Rosa, you were my angel. You stayed by my side the whole time, anticipated every worry, and made sure I was never alone. You personally guided me from specialist to specialist, made sure nothing was missed, and never let me feel alone, not even for a second. You made this dream possible, and I’ll always be grateful. Mevsim Diş didn’t just fix my teeth. They gave me back my smile, my confidence, and a reason to enjoy life again. I can’t wait to return. Im very grateful ❤️

I felt so safe from start to finish. Everything was done with such care and precision and it all exceeded my expectations. I’m beyond happy and my new smile is absolutely beautiful! An amazing clinic with wonderful people who truly take care of you!

Buyers Beware – Save Yourself the Headache

I traveled from the U.S. to this clinic three times for dental work. Yes, it was cheaper than in the States, but the stress and poor service made it absolutely not worth it. They always rushed the final work until the last minute, leaving me exhausted and anxious each time. My siblings came from Israel and experienced the exact same thing.

On my last visit, the color of two new crowns was clearly off (noted in my file), and they promised to fix it if I returned—meaning another $2,000 flight. They also charged me again for a night guard I never received and refused to ship it.

Even worse: two of the crowns they permanently cemented came off within 18 months. When I reached out, I found both of my original coordinators had quit. The new rep told me, “Unfortunately this is the disadvantage of getting treatment abroad.” Not helpful.

They offered to redo the faulty work “for free”—even though I already paid for it—and refused to cover a modest hotel stay I had to book just to fix their mistake. I asked to speak with the owner, Dr. Nimetulla, but was told he doesn’t talk to patients I guess unless they’re handing him money…. That tells you everything.

This clinic lacks professionalism, customer service, and accountability. If you’re in the U.S.—do yourself a favor and stay away, great options available in Panama and Costa Rica,
If you’re in Israel—go to Cyprus instead.

I visited Mevsim in Lara in June to have 24 zirconium crowns fitted and am so happy with the results, the transport and the hotel provided made the stay really relaxed, the treatment itself was explained and efficient throughout, the dentist/doctor was always detailed and considerate, Tatyana the patient coordinator was always on hand to discuss any queries or concerns throughout the week and made sure the arrangements for the follow on appointments were made in a timely manner to so I could plan my day with my family who also stayed with me.

I’m from the US and knew I wanted to get crowns done in Turkey to save on costs. I did my research and came across Mevsim. They had great reviews and a strong social media presence, and they definitely lived up to it! From the first message I sent them, to the follow up messages I still get, the staff has been nothing short of amazing! They were friendly, professional and made it such a great experience! I had 10 crowns put in my top teeth and I absolutely love them! I’m always getting compliments on how great they look. I couldn’t be happier and have been recommending them to all my friends in the US needing dental work. It’s worth the trip to Istanul! Thanks Mevsim- I’m sure I’ll be back for my bottom crowns at some point! 😆

Меня зовут Надежда, я приехала из Австралии. Долго выбирала клинику для лечения зубов и в итоге остановилась на клинике Мевсим — и это было отличное решение! Мне провели имплантацию и установили циркониевые коронки. Я очень довольна результатом!

Отдельное спасибо главному врачу Тубе Баш и стоматологу Бушре — они не только настоящие профессионалы, но и очень приветственные и добрые люди. Всё подробно объясняли, помогали на каждом этапе, было ощущение, что я в надёжных руках.

Особая благодарность переводчице Розе — за её поддержку, внимание и заботу во время всего моего пребывания в клинике. Клиника большая, современная, с собственной лабораторией, поэтому лечение прошло быстро и комфортно.
