I ordered the Mexen T22 shower column (black).
I received the column, rain shower head and hand shower from the T22 series, but the entire mounting kit, accessories and hand shower holder came from a completely different series X (the invoice clearly states code MEX-79391-70 – “Zestaw prysznicowy X”).
Photos and links to the product page clearly show the differences (T22 has a height-adjustable soap handler and an angled, tiltable hand shower holder – what I got is the static version from the X series).
The store rejected my complaint with a laconic reply “The elements are correct”, completely ignoring the invoice, photos and links I provided. Their responses were dismissive and literally gaslighting despite clear evidence.
The matter is still in progress – they offered to take back the goods at their expense and refund the money.
Classic customer service fail.
I do not recommend this store. Better to pay a bit more and buy from a seller who doesn’t treat customers like idiots.

Second time I bought from you a shower door and it will be the last.
If you keep sending parcels to Ireland using the courier company "DSV/Schenker" you lost me already as a customer and all my contacts/relatives which I will make sure they don't buy you products ever.
Paying in 2 occasions 170€ delivery from Poland to Ireland and taking over 3 weeks to be delivered (I'm still waiting for the second parcel and it has been out for delivery for the last 3 days and now we are on the weekend and Monday is bank holiday, great!)
Solve your delivery company and then we can talk again.
This is unacceptable and you are losing all your reputation and clients.

Afgelopen vrijdag een zwarte radiator besteld bij dit bedrijf en binnen een week geleverd. We waren toch wel wat sceptisch vanwege de slechte reviews maar kan niks op of aanmerken bij dit bedrijf. Wij zijn dik tevreden.

Achat d'un premier receveur de douche en septembre 2025, déballage uniquement en mars 2026, il est déformé et le tuyau de bonde d'évacuation fendu...
Supposant d'un mauvais stockage chez nous, 2ème commande en mars 2026 du même receveur, déformé lui aussi. Inutilisables. Passez votre chemin

SERVIZIO PESSIMO: RITARDO DI 7 GIORNI E IRREGOLARITÀ FISCALE IVA (ORDINE M260288232912)
Esperienza estremamente negativa con Mexen. Oltre a un ritardo di consegna di 7 giorni rispetto a quanto pattuito, l'amministrazione si rifiuta di correggere una fattura palesemente illegale. Nonostante la mia società (Tor srls) sia iscritta al VIES dal 2020, hanno emesso fattura a Persona Fisica pur avendo ricevuto i dati della SRLS, rendendo il costo indeducibile per la mia azienda. Trattengono indebitamente 204,65 € di IVA non dovuta su una transazione intracomunitaria. Mi hanno persino inviato screenshot che provano come i loro sistemi mischino i dati di due ditte diverse, ma usano questo loro errore tecnico per negare un diritto fiscale (Sentenza Vadan). Un comportamento inaccettabile e poco professionale. Procederò con segnalazione all'Antitrust (AGCM) e autorità fiscali polacche (KAS).

i ordered a shower screen through Leroy Merlín , it's since 3 weeks out for delivery with Schenker but never arrived. There is no phone number i can call, They tell me the carrier will call or contact me but i have no missed phone calls , no delivery and they don't help at all!!! The date i needed the shower screen has expired by weeks Stay away it's not worth the pain.

Grenzt schon an Betrug. Habe Mitte Januar zwei Artikel zurückgesandt, aber den Betrag lediglich für einen Artikel erhalten. Auf meine vielen Anfragen zur restlichen Gutschrift erhalten ich immer wieder die Antwort" ihr Problem ist an die Buchhaltung weitergeleitet worden"

Wenn es möglich wäre, würde ich 0 Sterne vergeben.
Der Artikel ist völlig minderwertig und sieht anders aus als abgebildet.
Da der Artikel ein Sondermaß hat, kann ich diesen nur mit einer Spedition zurücksenden, was mich dann genauso viel kostet, wie der Artikel selbst. Der Kundenservice ist nicht kundenfreundlich und unterstützt in keinsterweise.
Rücksendung soll durch mich organisiert werden was für mich nicht möglich war. Daher Finger weg. Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.

Ordino un calorifero elettrico, arriva molto carino niente da dire. Ma senza nessuna indicazione che va riempito con certi liquidi... Sul sito neanche li ce scritto. Anzi nemmeno ce scritto che deve essere agiunta una resistenza. Poi scopro che ho ordinato due resistenze e non una.Non ricordo di averlo fatto. Chiedo di restituire una .. niente risposta. Chatto un ora con qualcuno per farmi spiegare come caz funziona questo radiatore .. Ti dicono che e acqua e glicole. Poi chiedo per conferma un altra volta, salta fuori che deve essere acqua distillata e glicole. dove cavolo trovo questo liquido ???? Vhiedo se e pericoloso se puo scoppiare , se deveessere fatto da un specialista- fanno finta di niente ... Non si sa... Pessima esperienza PER IL SERVIZIO.

Colis cassé

Douche achetée courant octobre, retour demandé le 27 octobre. La marchandise à été collectée seulement le 13 janvier après de multiples relances auprès du service client. 20 février j’attends toujours d'être remboursé. A fuir

Moin!Habe mir vor 2 Monaten Viertelkreis Dusche (Lunar 80x80 r55 bestell sah alles gut auf der Website aus.Aufgebaut,feste Wandteile verdübelt,verschraubt abgedichtet (sikasil)Aufkleber up oben entfernt 24h trocknen lassen.Drehtüren eingebaut 2cm spaltmaß unter den Duschtüren 🤮ist aber leider nicht alles die hebe-senk Scharniere heben zu spät und können nich nachjustiert werden die schaniereinsätze haben dicke führungsnuth.Meiner Meinung nach für größere Duschen,da die Scharniere bei geschlossenen Türen schon überstreckt sind! Fehlkonstrucktion!

acquisto un articolo di un colore, ne consegnano uno di un colore differente, chiedo il reso, e dicono che per loro è ok ma le spese del reso sono a mio carico, nonostante gli ho fatto presente, con tanto di foto la grande differenza del colore tra quello ordinato e quello consegnato, oltre al nome del colore differente.

I placed an order for shower door on 8th January, I was continuously following up on the delivery, however on 30th January 2026, I received an email (after multiple follow ups) that the delivery will take more time due to some issues in delivery center. I requested to cancel the order, and I was told that the order is cancelled and I would receive the refund once the product is delivered back to the warehouse. Note: I never received the product and it is a cancellation, not return. On top of that a terrible customer service responses with rude and arrogant behaviour.

Douche de qualité très médiocre.
La plupart des élements qui l'a composent sont des produits bon marché de fabrication chinoise.
Les reglages pour les portes sont impossible a faire correctement , elles sortent des rails et risquent de vous tomber dessus a chaque ouverture.

J'ai retrouvé exactement la même bonde/siphon d'évacuation ainsi que le même système de roues pour les portes coulissante sur les sites Aliexpress et Temu.

Lorsque vous faite remarquer des problèmes on vous réponds totalement a coté voir on vous ment (On m' a dit qu'il était impossible de trouver la bonde de douche ailleurs que chez eux et je l'ai retrouvée sur Temu a 7 € ! " Sinon on vous dit que vous pouvez "renvoyer la douche" mais c'est en Pologne et ils savent parfaitement que personne ne le fera.

Renvoyer une cabine de douche en verre à l'étranger.
Je vous laisse estimer le cout d'un tel retour pour un particulier et ce sans garantie de remboursement !

Delivery estimate before purchasing showed 2 working days. After I ordered and emailed them - was told atleast 10 working days.

Couriers they use are awful. Package came damaged, courier doesn't speak a word in local language, very rude. Mexen customer service - NON EXISTANT

Fast delivery , at least to the netherlands Tilburg , now we still have to wait on delivery at my home

Podobnie jak widze wiele osob zrobilem zamownienie a od tamtego czasu cisza... ponad 2 tygodnie brak towaru oraz kontaktu...

I do not recommend buying from this shop.
The website states delivery within 2 days, but after 30 days I still have not received my order.
Customer support does not answer the phone, and they never replied to my inquiries.
Very bad experience. I will never order from this shop again.

Ich habe eine grosse Duschwand 160×100cm bei Mexen bestellt
Die Lieferung war auf 1WOCHE festgelegt und sogar unterboten.
Die Wand war sehr gut verpackt und wurde per Sped.geliefert.Die Qualität ist gut und preiswert.
Gerne wieder.
