It’s an amazing thing that I ever bought. I love this product, it’s easy to use. Even it’s have an adapter for iPhone, Samsung . Really high recommended

poor communication
product never turned up
had to raise a request through my payment provider to get a refund which is still under investigation

Recieved order after 4 months. Would not purchase again. Actually thought this was a scam at one point. I was emailed by the company but so were hundreds of others at the same time. We all have each others email address's. Massive data breach there.

I ordered the teeth whitening kit in December I've never received it now they are saying I have so be very careful ordering from them

Ordered in December 2021, not received until March 2022.
Was advised would be delayed due to stock issues, which I understood, and was told I would get a free pen for the delay, which I didn't receive.
Wasn't Happy when I started being inundated with emails due to them sending email out to everybody, breach of data protection, and then people replying to all, so got there emails as well.

Still not received it after placing order in November!!!

Bought a deal through Groupon never received product Sent numerous emails to the vendor no reply
