If i could give zero stars i would. Simple refinance of 2 investment properties.....MEZY made the process unbearable. Constant supply of paperwork mainly due to the tortoise doing the reviews. This led to constant requests for updated paperwork. Even our broker through hands in the air.
How in 2025/6 can financial institutions operate like this with no recourse....please if you are reading this review take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

I went through a divorce and needed to cancel a mortgage on an investment property. MEzy made the entire process close to impossible, which was incredibly stressful. For example, they continued to send verification codes to my ex, despite me telling them I had no contact with him and no access to said codes. They had the wrong phone number (by one digit) for me, and it took one week and three forms to get this changed. Their customer service was appalling and their complete lack of understanding when I explained SEVERAL TIMES that I had no access to my ex's email, phone, etc, added hugely to the stress of trying to cancel the mortgage. This company is useless and should be avoided at all costs. An amoeba with access to the internet would be more useful and have better people skills. NEVER again will I use this company for any reason.

Need manual paperwork (hardcopy) to change any account details. Come on Mortgage Ezy get with the program and move into the 21st century...
