This coaching approach aligns with my personal values regarding leadership. It is straight forward, measurable and guarantees success. Leaders in the corporate world look for an ROI, this method delivers. I am glad I chose MGSCC over the many approaches and unis I looked at. Very hands-on and the courses itself lived up to my expectations entirely. Can only recommend it.

Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching training is a great learning opportunity. Beyond acquiring knowledge on a proven and impactful methodology, it helps coaches at any level refine their own value proposition and connect with deep core principles to help leaders and make their progress visible. Another key element is the MGSCC team, who are outstanding at making sure attendants make the most of the experience.

It is rare to come across a training that is so practically applicable to real-world client and market needs, and is taught in a way that is clear and actionable. I loved not only the methodology and its explanation, but the additional training on how to adapt the methodology to multiple use cases while maintaining integrity and value of the service to the client. The group training atmosphere was engaging, collegial, and fun! Brandon, Cristina, Diana, Laura, Marcela and Maria provided a seamless experience. I'd very much recommend this training as I think it's teaching a method, skill, and system that any leader, organization, and coach can benefit from.

I recently completed the four-day certification to become a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach. I had participated in a more traditional approach to leadership coaching, but this really blew me away.

This workshop was packed with short teaching sections, lots of discussion and lots of interactive practice using the Stakeholder Centered Coaching approach. Brandon kept the pace moving and held our attention really well.
