Dealing with an aging system

Over the years our thermostatic valves progressively failed. The engineers did a good job replacing them, flushing the system, and replacing a small radiator with a bigger and more efficient model. Great job done with minimal hassle.

We needed a safety check for a very old industrial boiler. Arranging the appointment was easy, communication was clear, and responses were quick.
They arrived right on time on the agreed date, and everything was well organised.
It was not a large job, but every aspect of it was handled with complete precision and professionalism.

Boiler service visit

Arrived on time very professional approach to the task in hand serviced the boiler and closed off the visit to explain what he had done. Received the report for our records and induced they would be following up when the next scheduled service is due closer to the date.

Job re quoted and completed efficiently

A completely overpriced unrealistic quote for work recommended following your engineer visit. No criticism of him.
I can now withdraw the above comments as the company has reviewed the work and offered an apology for a mistaken quote now repriced. The work now done . Thank you
