HUGELY DISAPPOINTED IN MHL FOLLOW THROUGH
MHL's contractors came quickly to access the situation and provided a quote. But after four days of telephone calls, leaving messages and emails requesting to get a date for boiler installation and discuss arrangements I have not received a reply. And I have now been without heat and hot water for THREE WEEKS! And yet you keep asking me to review your services! Something is wrong with this picture.

Very professional operation
This was my first experience of this company and I was very impressed with their organisation. An appointment was my choice made online and confirmed by email. I was given an updated timeframe for the appointment and the engineer arrived on time. He was courteous, efficient and produced a report of his findings following the boiler service. The documents and copy reports were emailed to me that afternoon. The cost was very competitive and I will be using their services in future.

Very good service by MHL and Mark.
We have been using MHL Ltd for a number of years now and they never fail to impress! Mark had been to our house before, so he was already familiar with our boiler. He is very punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He also took the time to explain what he had done.

The staff at MHL are always friendly and helpful. They keep me updated on changes to my appointment and the engineer arrived on time and was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I have used MHL for 5 years now and they offer good value for money.
