Ordered from Ireland and was aware of import charges. However an error on the invoice shared with UPS meant import charges were 11 times what they should have been. I didn’t accept the delivery as a result. I’ve emailed the MPH twice and have had no response.

Fabulous massage couch, I choose extra wide Santana it is the most comfortable I have ever experienced in 40 years of working, The face cradle is a fantastic new design that is also super comfy, my clients all love it. The customer service is also brilliant and very personal, they gave me so much help choosing the right one. Cannot recommend highly enough. I will always go back to them for any massage supplies . p.s love their cotton couch covers.

Fantastic product, disappointing customer service. As a professional massage therapist, I expect a lot from my kit, it must perform well and stand up to a lot of use. Imagine my excitement at receiving a brand new plush Santana couch and then the disappointment as I picked up the couch in its brand new carry case only to have one of the handles break. I emailed mhpinternational with pictures and awaited a response. 5 days later and I haven't heard a peep from them, not a confirmation email or anything. Shame as the couch is decent but the customer service is lacking. Edit: got a reply finally and issue was resolved with no quibble, will give benefit of the doubt as the product is so good, all my clients really appeaciate the quality of the couch.

Hi - Just started using this product this morning and have to say they are awful.
I washed them before using a gentle cycle and the amount of fluff that has come off them has been ridiculous. For the price I paid for I am completely shocked about the poor quality...
They have not been washed so I doubt that I can return them but wanted to let you know how unhappy I am with the quality..
