Purchased home out-of-state, MH Resales realtors Bob Grimes and Jason Grimes were outstanding to work with going above and beyond to protect my interests as the buyer and provide referrals for contractors, inspectors, park information, etc. They were quick to respond to questions and pleasant to work with. VERY HELPFUL!

Bob Grimes and his team did an excellent job on this property real fast. As we we’re getting off The plane in Canada becoming new owners. He kept us in the loop about everything, to the electronic signing and getting titles transferred , all while still in Canada. And before hand visited twice the property .
