Absolutely love the Solene bikini! The fit is incredible, especially for someone with a bigger bust. The adjustable straps at the back make it so easy to get the perfect fit and feel really supported. The quality of the material and the design are amazing, you can really tell a lot of thought has gone into it. I’m so happy with my purchase and will definitely be re-ordering the blue version as well. Highly recommend!

I ordered three bikinis for my girlfriend from Mia Swim at the start of February ahead of our holiday on the 18th, and what a lovely customer service team.

I was a bit unsure about sizing as I was ordering for her, so I messaged customer service for some help. They were really friendly and took the time to go through her measurements with me and recommend the best size. My girlfriend had shown me a few styles she liked on the site before, so I had an idea of what to get - just wanted to make sure I got the size right!

When the bikinis arrived the quality was great and the colours looked exactly like they did online. One of the pieces needed an exchange as we needed to size up in the top (bikini name: Acapulcho), but the team sorted an exchange express delivery, which I massively appreciated as we were due to leave in a few days!

My girlfriend absolutely loved them, the styles really suited her and she’ll definitely be ordering more herself.

Overall really great customer service, quick help with sizing and a really fast exchange when we needed it. Would definitely recommend!

Absolute favourite bikinis! If I could give more stars I would. I ordered the Solene bikini in Blue as I already have the Pink (it’s literally my go to). The fit, the quality is incredible, really impressed! The ordering and delivery process is super easy 10/10 ❤️ love this brand

So helpful and fast! I added the wrong email address to my order so I wasn't getting any updates and so I contacted customer service and they updated my email address and all was sorted within a few hours. I don't usually leave reviews but I saw the Solene bikini on an ad and it looked so beautiful on the model so I thought I would order. It did not disappoint, as a bigger bust, smaller band girly (size 32G) I ordered an XL top and it fit perfect! The bottoms were slightly smaller so I ended up exchanging for a bigger size, this was free and easy! Honestly, thank you so much, I wish you did this bikini in more colours!! Definitely recommend and ordering again from you guys!

Bikini didn’t fit at all (I should have known better as even in the Instagram advert the bikini didn't fit the girl properly across the back and she had to pull it really tight). But I gave them a shot, wanting to support a small business, but the customer service has been appalling. I paid for delivery postage, return postage (ok, I accept these) but then despite having confirmation from Royal Mail tracked that the parcel had arrived back with Mia Swim (thank goodness I paid for tracked) I didn't receive my refund for 2 weeks and that was only after chasing them via customer service. The responses were generic "Emily x" and unhelpful, particularly when the refund did then arrive but £1 lower than the amount I paid for the bikini (due to "bank charges"??). I have never had this type of excuse from any other small brand and their lack of helpfulness on this final point has confirmed that I will unfortunately never recommend them or buy from them again and would recommend anyone reading this doesn't either unless you want to waste money!

I ordered 2 bikinis and some earrings from Mia Swim, all of the items are so beautiful and really nice quality too! Shipping was super quick and overall a really good experience :) thank you Mia Swim x

Like others I saw their advertisements on Instagram, wanted to support a small business. The bikini arrived after about one week. While the bikini is a more bold colour than expected, it's a pretty bikini and resembles the online images. However it doesn't sit right on me, so I need to return it. I requested a return online, which is seems they have to approve manually? That took another week, but the return slip says you have to return with 14 days. Lack of clear return instructions - seems you need to send as regular post. Initially couldn't find the return address as it's written in microprint with a matrix printer, so hard to see! I appreciate they are a small business, but putting clear instructions on their website and on the packing slip should be doable.

The customer service of this brand in my experience has been appalling. Lack of response on their online chat and even through their socials when I hadn’t heard back in over 2 weeks. I’m stuck with a bikini that doesn’t fit that I can’t return - waste of money.

Poor customer service. The order missed the delivery SLA and didn’t arrive in time for my holiday. I returned the bikini and have yet to receive a refund 3 weeks after the return was delivered back to them.
I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company.

Terrible customer service, ignored emails and instagram dm’s for weeks. I’m still yet to receive a response. Would not recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase swimwear.

I saw an advertisement on Instagram and wanted to support small.
I brought two bikinis from them as I wasn’t sure on sizing. They came just in time for my holiday, however they didn’t sit quite right on my shape.
They were great quality and so cute so I was a little gutted.
I returned them and they contacted me to ask if I wanted an exchange. I responded after my holiday requesting just a refund - which to be fair to them was almost two weeks later - but I never heard back from them.
A whole month after they actually received my return they email me a refund receipt.

Purchased this bikini 5 days before a holiday and paid extra for the quicker delivery. The bikini unfortunately didn’t arrive prior to my holiday and was delivered whilst I was away. As soon as I returned (14 days later) I tried on the bikini (which I loved!) but the bottoms didn’t fit. I immediately requested a return which was instantly denied by the company simply because it was out of their standard timeframe. I tried contacting again justifying why I requested the return and if they would reconsider and I have heard nothing. Very poor customer service and communication, which is such a shame because if they’d let me return the bottoms I’d purchase them again in a different size!

I got the Kea Bikini, it is so flattering! I always struggle with bikini sizing especially on my bottom half but these fit me perfectly and the quality feels great too. Sooo happy, looks exactly as described. Fast delivery and checkout was efficient, definitely will reorder.

I recently purchased the Ischia Bikini from Mia Swim, and I couldn't be happier! The fit is perfect, and the quality feels mega! Feels so good to find a bikini top and bottom that feels secure! Very happy with my purchase and will definitely be buying more from Mia!

Ordered multiple bikinis for my holiday as wanted to have options to choose from.
I loved them all so much I kept them all.
The quality and fit is amazing and I will definitely be a returning customer!

Item didn’t arrive in time for my holiday and was too small even after following the size guide. £8 to return it overall wouldn’t order from here again

Worst experience ever. Do not buy from this brand. I ordered two bikinis with express shipping in time for a holiday (it said 1-2 days delivery on the website but frustratingly but my email confirmation said 3-4 days delivery). I emailed customer service when they didn’t arrive in time and they were understanding and offered to resend the order and refund the shipping and provide a discount which I was happy to accept. I asked for tracking details and then I heard from them a further two times when all they did was ask if I’d received the package and ignore my requests for tracking details and a status update on what was going on. I emailed countless times for an update over the next few weeks and heard nothing and still have not received my order. I am now having to take it up with my credit card company. Do NOT buy from this company. They are happy to take your money but not actually provide any form of customer service. Incredibly disappointing.

I ordered 2 colours of the same bikini, maybe I got unlucky with this style as the material felt very low quality and thin (Ischia bikini). I paid for express shipping but one of the bikinis was sent a week later than the first one, not sure why. Customer service was quick and refunded my order except for shipping cost, however I wouldn’t order from here again
