I contacted Alejandro when I needed transportation for our cruise.
He responded quickly to messages and was so helpful.
We needed to rent 2 car seats as we have a 1 year old son and 3 year old daughter and they were such nice seats and they were installed and ready to use when we were picked up.
I had booked a ride from Miami airport to our hotel in Miami, and from our hotel to the cruise port the next day. Unfortunately we missed a flight, so I had to cancel the booked taxi ride from the airport to the hotel, but even here Alejandro was willing to help us with another transfer.
He is a really pleasant driver and the service level is top.
I can only recommend Alejandro for transportation.

The vehicles were spotless and very well maintained, and everything felt organized and reliable. It was clear we were in good hands the entire time.

Durante el viaje, todos fueron muy amables y el paseo del parque también fue muy bueno.
El precio: más económico que el servicio de otros que no te pasan a buscar, lo que lo convierte en una mejor opción aún.

Back in May I started working on transportation from Port of Miami to MIA airport. I spoke and texted with Alejandro many times. He was very professional and reassuring each time. On the day of the transport we texted when we got off the ship, he met us promptly and brought us to our airlines at the airport. All the while being polite and helpful. I would use this service again in a heartbeat!
