Uwaga – jedna firma, wiele stron, ten sam brak uczciwości.

Na pierwszym spotkaniu wszystko wyglądało bardzo obiecująco. Biuro prezentuje się profesjonalnie, a obsługa – w naszym przypadku Pani Eliza mówiąca po polsku – była uprzejma i kompetentna. Po zapoznaniu się z planami inwestycji pojechaliśmy zobaczyć teren budowy. Byliśmy niemal zdecydowani na zakup.

Na szczęście postanowiliśmy porozmawiać z mieszkańcami wcześniejszej fazy tej samej inwestycji. To była najlepsza decyzja, jaką mogliśmy podjąć. Sąsiedzi szczerze opowiedzieli o swoich problemach: niedotrzymane umowy, liczne usterki, zniszczenia i całkowity brak odpowiedzialności ze strony firmy. Jak się okazało, deweloper ma wiele stron internetowych i działa pod różnymi nazwami, co może wprowadzać w błąd – ale to wciąż ta sama firma i te same problemy.

Jesteśmy bardzo wdzięczni za te ostrzeżenia – dzięki nim uniknęliśmy kosztownego błędu. Teraz my ostrzegamy innych: za ładnym biurem i miłą rozmową kryje się brak profesjonalizmu, uczciwości i szacunku do klienta. Sprawdźcie dobrze, z kim naprawdę macie do czynienia.

I do not recommend this company. Right from the start, they suggested that part of the payment be made without an invoice “to avoid taxes” – that immediately raised a red flag. After a quick check, I found out that the company is involved in multiple legal cases. When I asked the saleswoman about it, she reacted aggressively and became furious. I strongly advise against doing any business with them.

This company is a textbook example of a beautiful facade hiding a disastrous reality. At real estate fairs, they promise the world, but once you buy, you're left alone with the problems. No documentation, used appliances, and the house is uninhabitable. We were manipulated by the friendly face of the developer. Once issues arise, all contact is cut off. The construction was carried out in violation of regulations. A court report confirmed the extent of the negligence. My case is not an exception – it’s a systematic practice. Do not buy property from them. Save yourself from a nightmare.

Avoid at All Costs – Absolute Nightmare Experience!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They market themselves as a provider of luxurious homes, but what they actually deliver is far from it—think unfinished, unsafe, and utterly disappointing.

From day one, the entire experience has been a disaster. The workmanship is horrendous—cheap materials, sloppy construction, and corners cut at every opportunity. Many of the "brand-new" appliances didn’t work, and when we raised concerns, we were met with hostility from their rude and unprofessional staff. Instead of taking accountability, they either ignored us or blamed us for their own mistakes.

The worst part? The safety hazards. We found exposed electrical wires in the swimming pool! A literal death trap waiting to happen. Walls were cracking within weeks, plumbing leaks everywhere, and the supposed "high-end" finishes look like they were put together by an amateur with a glue stick.

If you're considering buying from this company, run the other way. They overpromise, underdeliver, and refuse to take responsibility for their appalling work. Do yourself a favor and invest elsewhere—this place is nothing but a money pit.

Przed podjęciem decyzji o zakupie postanowiłem porozmawiać z osobami, które mieszkają w nieruchomościach z poprzedniej fazy budowy. Dowiedziałem się, że deweloper ma liczne sprawy sądowe. Jedna z osób zaprosiła mnie do swojego domu i przez blisko 30 minut pokazywała mi szokujący stan nieruchomości – wiele usterek i problemów, które nie zostały naprawione.

Zdecydowanie odradzam jakąkolwiek współpracę z tym deweloperem. Uważajcie na nich, bo ich oferty mogą ukrywać poważne problemy w przyszłości.

I strongly advise against purchasing from these people. They market their properties as "exclusive" and "high quality," but in reality, they use cheap materials that lead to serious defects even in brand-new homes. From the moment they receive the down payment, the lies unravel, and the real horror begins.

The property I purchased already had significant issues—poor construction, visible damages, and countless problems that should never exist in a new home. Instead of taking responsibility, the company avoids accountability and even resorts to threats of legal action when confronted.

To make matters worse, they have a history of court cases, which they desperately try to hide from potential buyers. Their sales tactics are misleading, and their customer service is nonexistent once they have your money.

This is a company that operates with zero regard for its buyers—greedy, dishonest, and entirely unethical. Save yourself the stress and financial loss—stay far away from them.
