Pendant arrived badly scratched - perhaps used?
Pendant arrived badly scratched. So much so that it looked used. Now the necklace is sold out so I can’t replace it with a non-defective one. I will be returning for a refund.
Packaging should be improved by keeping pendants in protective small plastic bags rather than loose so they can become scratched.

Deceiving Practices
Close to 3 months, being deceiving as to why they aren't able to deliver the order placed
They gave the same excuse 5 times in a row:

Terrible Customer Service, difficult to be reached, IG no response, and with email/ customer support route Computer generated answers, without even reading what you wrote to them.

i've have had the ring for two weeks now it's just been sitting in the bag i haven't even given it to my boyfriend yet and it has brown spots on it. and the letter engraved is tinyyyyyy. this is so annoying honestly. i wish i could post a picture not worth it do not buy

I bought the green jasper signet ring…
I bought the green jasper signet ring for £230 and after two months, the stone had fallen out. They gave me credit to buy another ring and I bought the band with a sapphire in. When it arrived, the stone was black and not blue at all. Whilst customer service was good, the quality is extremely low for the price. I would not recommend.

Good quality; needs better packaging
My husband loves this necklace that I bought him for Christmas. While the packaging is very sleek, the necklace arrived all twisted and mangled inside the little pouch. It took me a long time to work out the kinks and get it to hang properly.

Not impressed
One of the bracelets I bought looks like absolute garbage in real life. I wouldn't have taken this thing for free if someone tried to give it to me. That's $115 dollars down the drain. I also bought another bracelet and ring that didn't have any issues although the ring is too small and looks a bit feminine on an average size adult male. That's on me though as they did post the specifications for it. I ordered another ring that I was notified it was out of stock a week after ordering but getting a refund for that was no issue. Overall; I wouldn't shop from Miansai again as I don't think it's my style after seeing the jewelry in person.

Pretty, but Very Small
The earrings are well made, but very small. I purchased on a sale, but the full price is incredibly high. Also, they are about 3mm and difficult to see. Five mm would be better.
The packaging is beautiful and the shipping perfect.
