Solo comentar 3 hechos reales: 1. La residencia MiCampus en Málaga no me ha devuelto la fianza depositada, después de 6 meses de dejar la habitación. 2. En la habitación de mi hijo había permanentemente cucarachas 3. Al menos en las habitaciones que dan al patio interior no hay tranquilidad y no se puede descansar y menos estudiar (música, alboroto, voces altas, etc).

Pésima relación calidad precio, habitaciones ruidosas(paredes de cartón) mal mantenimiento. Atención negligente.

Es una residencia mediocre a pesar de la imagen que quieren vender , las comidas escasa tirando a poca y mal, mucho ruido , y cuidadín con el contrato porque la fianza te ves negro para que la devuelvan , te la devuelven a los tres meses si la reclamas no antes sino se quedan con ella son unos jetas y unos sinvergüenzas . Hay residencias mejores y más económicas en Madrid al menos

After six months of emails, calls, appeals, providing detailed info, I have still not received the refund for the rent my daughter at Micampus.
They finally agreed but are now asking all kind of info about the banktransfer.
They claim not to know the bank.
They ask a bank certificate.
They claim the bank acc number is incorrect.
I received dozens of international transfers into this account and never had an issue and never received this kind of questions.
I hope it is not yet another manoeuvre to delay or derail the transfer but it sure feels like one.
I was told Micampus has a standard list of some 50 questions to delay or derail transfers.
They should really replace the word integrity on the website value page and replace it by robbery.
Stealing from students is in my book a hideous crime and Micampus is surely guilty of it
I hope that some of their employees have the integrity to do the right thing.
They mention that 80 % of their staff left in the last 12 months…maybe they left because they do not want to be part of this organisation.

Despite 8 months of correspondence and 15 reminders. MiCampus simply refuses to repay the deposit on the rent of a room in Madrid.
this is clearly their standard practice and dozens of students have been ripped of by Micampus.
It is simply deplorable for a company to steal money for students that rent a room with them.
They continue to ask for finacina info, proof of payments etc etc until students or their parents give up.

Reserva para 2 noches, no residente. Llegada 11.10 a las 15:40. Horario de checking 15:30, el conserje de turno me hace esperar hasta las 16 h, está ordenando llaves (tiene sólo 10 pero necesita 20 minutos). Educación cero, malos modos y prepotencia.
Habitación sucia, baño peor. Ni una papelera.
Sólo sábanas en la cama, le pido una manta y me dice que no: Sevilla 11 de octubre, llueve, alerta roja por borrasca Berenice. Sin manta, estoy con el chubasquero en la cama. Precio 85 €/noche sólo alojamiento + 10 €/noche de parking.
Nadie responde en la central de Mi campus, ni a teléfono ni WhatsApp ni emails. Ninguna persona en la propia residencia atiende.
Dos noches con frío sin manta.
El Conserje de turno de la residencia de Sevilla Rector Estanislao del Campo maleducado hasta límites insospechados, por ser suave.
Pobres estudiantes, si así tratan a una persona que va dos días, los estudiantes residentes cómo estarán.
Mandaría fotos.
