Michael Gabriels レビュー

Great selection, pricing and discounts. Great quality and design. Excellent customer support with direct outreach and safe shipping.

Easy to deal with and got my order right away .loved my earrings!

I purchased the 3-carat earrings, and they are absolutely gorgeous. I previously owned a pair of natural 3-carat diamond earrings, which I gifted to my daughter-in-law, and these lab-created earrings look no different from the real ones. The quality and brilliance are exceptional.

The customer service was outstanding as well. I was in touch with Jacob at Michael Gabriels, who was incredibly helpful and always responded promptly to my questions. The entire experience, from purchase to delivery, was excellent. I highly recommend both the jewelry and the exceptional service.

Customer service has been exceptional- I shop online often and Michael Gabriel’s performs above and beyond! The earrings I purchased exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this business!!

Ring looks great and was delivered as promised. Great communication every step of the way. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and they immediately revised the order for me! I will be buying more jewelry from them!

I did my research when it came to purchasing my first lab grown diamonds. Gosh, I even used AI and that’s how I knew that the MG stud earrings were by far more superior than any other website/ or similar product. The earrings were made just for me, with so much meticulous detail and superior diamond creation. I never want to take them off and can’t wait to dress them up and down when in the office, running errands, or just hanging around. Thank you to the team at MG, you guys are the true diamonds in the game.

This is a 5 star business. Honorable and trustworthy. They kept me informed of the entire process from the point of my order to having the beautiful sparkling diamond jewelry in my hands. I highly recommend them. I have ordered twice from them and look forward to more additions to my diamond collection.

Shipping was fast, the customer service was superb. Frank communicated with you throughout the process. The earrings are beautiful. I will be shopping with Michael Gabriel’s again

Overall I was happy with the service and the product that I purchased from your company.
First time I had ever purchased anything like this and my wife was very happy how they looked and how quickly they came to us.

My experience with Michael Gabriels has been totally positive. Ordering is simple. When my order was ready to ship, I received a status text message. Once the package arrived, I received a follow-up text and email. I can hardly wait to present the lab grown diamond stud earrings to my wife on our anniversary this weekend. I recommend Michael Gabriels for your jewelry shopping.

I have ordered many pieces from Michael Gabriels. They always send me a text when they have been shipped. I pick it up at FedEx to insure it arrives safely and text them back when I pick up the package. All the pieces of jewelry I have bought from them are absolutely and stunning. I highly recommend them.

Great communication, beautiful earrings. Would order from here again.

The earrings are very nice. I am sorry I didn't get them
a little bigger and I got screw on backs. But the quality is
lovely and the service was excellent.

My husband ordered a ring back in 2020 from Michael Gabriel’s I needed some work done they gave me a quote better than anyone in town, and did it quickly and accurately and is amazing. Very happy!

First time dealing with this company and I will be back for sure! I could not be happier with my experience. I originally ordered a pair of 3ct tw Lab diamond earrings and when I received them I realized that the backing that I ordered did not work with my ears and made the earrings droop a little. I immediately sent a request asking for an exchange for the same earrings with a different back.
I thought they would give me a hard time. So many companies make it so hard to do returns or exchanges, but not Michael Gabriels. They sent a return label that same day and kept in touch with me the entire time. I received so many nice messages from Customer Service checking with me throughout the process.
From the first order, to the exchange process, to my replacement order, the entire time frame was less than 2 weeks. Michael Gabriels stands by their name and their promise of quality & service.

Seamless experience. Ordered a pair of earrings - I was kept on the loop every step of the way. They were delivered quickly and are absolutely beautiful. Would definitely order again.

STUPENDOUS Customer Service! Graet to deal with and they stand behind their product.

Recently purchased my first pair of earrings with lab created diamonds. The earrings are beautiful and I am very happy with them. The customer service provided by Michael Gabriels was excellent and the delivery was fast. I highly recommend Michael Gabriels and his staff.

They were 100% on time and went above and beyond with a overnight delivery. Since I was leaving for vacation the next day. I asked for a phone call to talk through this and within 1 hour we were working over the phone. They showed up and I love the earrings. They are for my wife in the 18th for our 9-year a
anniversary. Thank you !!!

My experience was great. I bought a pair of 2ctw radiant cut diamond earrings. The earrings look amazing and are excellent quality. They kept in constant communication updating me through the whole process and I received the earrings very quickly. I would highly recommend and would definitely purchase from them again.
