Joining this program has been the best decision I made since I started working as a recruiter and HR in IT sector.
I learned a lot about how things function and what should I look for when sourcing candidates, how to find the right candidate, how to speak their language, the right way to approach IT candidates.
The mind maps are extremely helpful as well as the work book :)
I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is trying to learn more about the recruiting process!

Great course and especially useful for beginners who need a crash-course in IT recruitment. After this course I feel much better equipped to speak to hiring managers and candidates.
