Ordered 2 large shirts. When received. The large shirts were like medium and not even washed or dried yet. ( probably a small after a few washes ) E-mailed the service depart , back and forth e-mails , wouldn’t give me a refund back . Don’t buy from here. You’ll get ripped off

This postage / communication from this seller needs some serious work. I recently ordered a few t shirts 2 weeks ago. I’ve had no confirm email. No follow up on postage arrangement's very poor system which is such a same because their shirts are really cool designs. I am still yet to receive any of this so I could very well end up not receiving the goods at all. Anyway win some and lose some…

Parcel never arrived within the time frame after charging a high price for delivery. Does not respond to emails or messages regarding this. Would definitely avoid.

I've seen at least 20 designs stolen from one Australian artist.

Just received 5 Tees. Was worried after reviews. OK, it took 3.5 weeks from order to delivery. I was emailed about despatch, was kept updated with EVRI. The Tees are superb! Brilliant prints and quality Tees, especially for price. Very pleased 5 🌟 size and feel are excellent.

I’m a month in and still waiting for it to be delivered. I’ve started a dispute with my credit card company. I’m afraid to see when it finally arrives. If it arrives.

The t-shirts I received were of the lowest imaginable quality.

The image print quality was a low resolution blurry mess. The printing seems to be the cheapest, worst form of DTF - "When done cheaply, the entire design becomes:
- A uniform plastic membrane
- Edges feel like the border of a sticker
- Zero breathability

The shape of the t-shirt itself is a bizarre cut. Not sure what human it would fit well. Very, very tight across the chest (nipple clinging), bell shaped at the waist, but still tight across the stomach. They gape out hideously from the back. Hard to describe but trust me, you'll be too embarrassed to wear them in public.

Customer service do not respond to emails.

So to summarise, not strictly a scam in the sense that you do receive a product, but it is not the product they describe in terms of quality and it is not the product as shown in the website photos.

Don't give these type of people your money.

Do not buy from here wrongs sizes, bad material and low quality print. I'm try to return my two items now and they have ghosted me.

Poor quality materials used. Clothing clearly comes from a poor manufacturer in China very plasticy and uncomfortable to wear.

Scam!!!!!! Stay clear, items are fakes. Ordered 3 T-shirts and they all came a size too small, prints on the T-shirts are smaller than the one on the website. Asked for a return for a refund, company rejected only offering 10% as they specified shipping was expensive. I escalated my case to paypal and eventually was provided with a return address. Items were rejected at the destination and returned to me, resulting in paypal siding with the supplier. Items were sent through recorded and tracked delivery and stated that they were refused at the destination. I am now left with 3 T-shirts and £30 of postage fees. The company are absolute dirt and should be avoided at all costs.

Sizes smaller than advised.
Customer service will not return emails for sort return and refund.

I ordered 4 vest costing a total of £56 which took roughly 3 weeks to arrive. Once they arrive they where far smaller than advertised in there sizing charts.
I immediately emailed there customer service as instructed on there website to try and arrange return I'm the items and getting a refund.
After 4 days they finally replied to my email asking me to send measurements of the items for return. I replied saying that I shouldn't need to send anything as the items are unused and I am within my 14 days cancellation tights. They did not reply to this message so after 3 days I message them again requesting details to return the items for a refund.
After another 3 days they finally replied stating that I must send them images of the items measured. Reluctantly I did as they requested hoping to speed up the process that has already gone on far to long.
After 4 days I asked for a reply and return details but have still received nothing.
It has now been a total of 16 days since trying to get a refund and a total of 25 days since they took my money but the company are flat out going out there way to ignore me.

AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOOSE MONEY AND BE DISAPPOINTED

Ordered 5 t-shirts. My postcode was wrong I amended the postcode but received nothing, the company tried to blame the courier. They each tried to palm it off on eachother, they then asked for an additional $25 to send the order again.

Terrible communication from the start, I'm still awaiting my refund and I've taken. It up with my bank.

The worst company I’ve ever used, ordered apparently delivered but left on my doorstep never received the items. Contacted them they told me to contact the delivery people I’ve gone back-and-forth between both of them and got no answer. I would never use again!!

Ordered 4 shirts XL. Paid through PayPal. Didn't get an order confirmation however a week later got an e-mail stating Delivery Problem and given a Tracking Number to follow. Tracking number worked through Global Tracking and approx. 9 days later got the 4 shirts I ordered. Thin but decent quality, nice screen printing, and sizing is pretty accurate. I am 6'1 and 225 lbs. athletic top heavy. XL shirts do fit and are long enough but a touch tight in chest. Overall I am happy but will order a size up next time more for comfort.

Was sent my Tshirt all good but was not sent a confirmation email or reference email. The item was too small and I wanted to exchange it so I emailed the company but got no response.

Ordered 2 T-shirts got no notification of my order they still took money from my bank account got in touch with them past me on to there services no reply back

The garments are good quality but God help you if you want to return anything! I've been offered 15% refund and keep the items, then 25% and keep the items but they are of no use to me as they arrived too late for my grandson to take on holiday. Despite there being a returns address in the UK on the packaging, if i want a full refund, the goods have to be returned to Asia.

Ordered an XXL tank top and it doesn’t fit around the neck and I normally wear a XL. Wanted a size bigger and they refused the return or refund anything. The quality is not premium and if your going to spend $30 on a tank top then just buy one from reputable dealer because this guy is just after the money and doesn’t care about quality.

As well as the other poor reviews mention terrible service and what not, this company STEAL other artists designs and put them on their own low quality clothing.

STOLEN designs. Stealing from small business is absolutely disgusting and you should be ashamed! Do not endorse this. Buy from the small businesses themselves!
