Prior to starting the microdosing I was an anxious cranky cow!
Prior to starting the microdosing I was not particularly doing well with anxiety and depression. A large crash (ME/CFS) after a big move had taken my head with it. I was being horrible and snappy to anyone I care about. I started the microdosing and within a month it was being commented on that I seemed a lot more like myself. Taking SSRI’s had only increased my pain and was not working, to the point where I refused to take them. This has helped me no end! I am much calmer, more able to strategize and less cranky. I do notice that I get some nausea from them so I have to eat shortly after taking them and my neck which has some severe damage does seem to hurt more on the day that I take them but overall it’s still well worth it.

Grateful for a less anxious life!
This has been so helpful for my anxiety. I do not feel notably altered when I take my "Calm" dose of Microdosify, but my spouse reflects back to me that since beginning this regimen I am more present, less anxious and have a bias toward optimism. This has been life-changing for me (and for my family!)
