the Most shocking customer service
Ordered a micro drone 3.0 combo from these guys but never received it. Turns out they gave the wrong address to their delivery company even though the order confirmation shows the correct delivery address. The delivery company canât or wonât tell who/where they delivered to and extreme fliers wonât respond to emails. So now I have no drone, the idiots have taken my money and wonât respond to emails asking for assistance. This the most shocking service I have ever experienced. These guys are fraudsters.

...cautionary Tale; donât lose you hard earned $ like I did.
...Was in the first micro drone delivery order a couple years ago; and Iâd bought all the accessories in anticipation or learning and using my drone time after time.
Received my drone excited to learn how to use such things; long story short after a bit of use and a small fall one of the propellers broke on one of the arms.
Since that moment Iâve tried to get it to fly; the propeller cannot attach to the arm and after sending emails for assistance Iâve never reecienced any help or support toward my believes simple issue.
I donât trust the product as far as I can throw it as far as quality and the support has been a complete ZERO. 0 support or care from company so if I could give zero stars I would.

A great little drone...
A great little drone that has give my family and me many hours of fun. Then, when a battery started showing it's age, the company even offered a Gesture Of Good Will as I was figuring out which batteries I would need for replacement.
Great company and Great Product.

Good price for what you get
Good price for what you get. My son 15 loves it and using a method Scott s taught us he is teaching me slowly. He controls the lift I crash into stuff. Still fun and durable. Looking forward to the ball they are working on. Great demo at maker faire. Nice gentalmen in the booth. Good deal

My son has this drone for a year now and it is a very easy & friendly drone to fly with. Unfortunately smoke came out of the drone suddenly and after that the camera & drone didn't work anymore. I contacted support and they told me to sent it back. They replaced the drone and camera free of charge. Now my son can fly again. Great support and good expierence with Micro Drone!
I do like the drone and how easy it isâŠ
I do like the drone and how easy it is to assemble parts. The controls are great. I had a camera suddenly go blurry and the company just told me that they are going to send a replacement camera, so that is good. It is a great drone for beginners. My only complaints are that the drone doesn't have an auto hover, the gimbal control doesn't seem to move the camera, and the app has to be re synced every time you attempt a flight.
Just got this at maker fair
Just got this at maker fair. Had a small issue that the company quickly fixed. After getting it home i broke the controller and the company set me up with a method to fix the joystick. Amazing experience. Now just to learn how to fly this without hitting the wall! (yes first drone! YAY slow speed!)

I have names for my micro drone's, yes i know!! your thinking, they looks the same, how can you tell them apart? well I can, because i spend a lot of quality time with them all :-)
I've got a range of UAV's and they all have a different functionality. If your new to the hobby, no matter which device/manufacturer you buy, two things will happen, "you will be taken" :-) Sorry could not help it, seriously two things will, you will crash and your device is not always going to work out of the box. That's how it is. But what I have found with the Micro Drone, is that smile it puts on my face, when you make a manoeuvre that you think shouldn't be possible on this little fragile looking device but it does beautifully. I actually learnt to fly using the MD 3.0. Parts have not worked and motors have failed, but you have to expect that, in this hobby don't expect for it to be perfect, but i love tinkering, so I don't mind so much. Customer service? Excellent, every time I've had an issue, I've emailed, always got the result i wanted. What more do I want. Best thing your not waiting 10+ days waiting for a motor to arrive.

I have just bought the microdrone 3.0. It is probably the best drone I ever had. It does exactly what it promises. The three modes slow, fast and insane make it easy for anyone to fly. The size means that you can fly it inside and outside. I really love it
Shockingly bad customer service.. decent drone
Drone appeared to develop a fault so contacted micro drone support via email (as you cannot ring them)... their response was abrupt to the point of being rude and made me feel as if I was stupid. A shocking level of customer service which wasn't expected with the purchase of a drone which once the fault was sorted out turns out to be a pretty decent piece of equipment.

I have been an Extreme Fliers customer since the MD2 Stack Social days back in 2014. I have stayed with this company because of their customer support responses to me. I send an email wait 72 hours or less for a response. I have been happy with the results of the MD3 evolution. Wished that the new items were offered to backers at 50% off but happy so far. Still having fun flying, but making those nice banking turns all the time is still hard but fun trying!

Excellent product AND support = great experience
We bought this drone based on the reviews, the price point and its modular design. Our experience dealing with this company has more than exceeded expectations.
We had a problem with the camera staying connected over wifi and raised this to support. After checking our purchase record, they asked us to return the faulty component and they would replace it with a new one. The great thing about this being so modular is that we were able to easily do this and continue flying.
The fact that we could just disconnect the camera, send it back, continue flying and then receive a new one and just plug it back in - is really a great testament to great product design. The fact that this concept is also integrated with excellent customer support - really makes for a excellent product and customer experience. They have done a great job.
I have had other experiences with new products where they product may be good, but support is severely lacking when something goes wrong - which is very frustrating. Thank you Microdrone for making it so easy to deal with you and have fun flying instead of getting frustrated.

The microdrone is exactly what I was looking for - modular and easily repairable. I am a beginner with drones and wanted something that allows me to learn the basics of flying a drone. The microdrone has been a joy to fly and I am looking forward to exploring the many new additions that can be added on like the gimble and perhaps 4k camera in the future.

I own a microdrone, and after 3 months suddenly it stops working. I emailed the problem, they asked to send back the drone.
After brief examination they replaced the main board, and give two battery (mine was not able to charge )
I am very satisfied with their support, and the microdrone itself was fun to fly around.
The Best Introductory Drone on the Market
Probably the best thing about this company is their customer service. They reply to emails in a timely fashion and help to solve the issue quickly.
The drone itself (Micro Drone 3.0) is a blast to fly and ultimately prompted me to buy a more professional drone. Yet I still fly this drone because it is a completely different experience than flying a DJI Phantom. It is faster and more nimble, making the flying experience very enjoyable. The camera is pretty good, but without the gimbal (that was promised a year ago), it is very unstable and hard to get a clear image. Hopefully that begins shipping soon, until then I can't give this company 5 stars.
Overall, this might be the most advanced beginner drone on the market, offering features that you normally don't see on this style copter. I would recommend this product and company.
