Honestly? The online application system was under par. However, once Matt and I sorted this out my experience was very good. We had a few hiccups (mainly caused by me) but it all went through and I am very happy with my interaction with Midkey. Just a note for punters, don't trust Australia Post, it took 5 days for an express post document to reach it's destination. Just saying. Thanks Matt.

Three problems solved for myself
1] multiple sources of income, self employed, is very arduous and difficult through the banking system.
