l'anno scorso ho avuto un problema con un R1 MESCH e ho ricevuto riscontro dal servizio clienti in tempi celeri.Dato che la risposta non risolveva il mio problema e visto che ero in zona a Reggio Emilia, sono andato direttamente in azienda e ho parlato con il Sig. Carlo che e' intervenuto immediatamente. Quest'anno ( 21 marzo) ho notato un problema con l'aggiornamento firmware e ho scritto chiedendo aiuto. Non ricevendo nessuna risposta il 27/03 ho inviato un sollecito ( quindi nuovo ticket) e ad oggi ( 13/04) nessuna risposta. Fine di una storia triste.

Ottimi prodotti, resistenti e duraturi nel tempo.

Assistenza italia ottima, ho spedito il mio interfono BT-MINI che era andato in blocco durante un aggiornamento e mi hanno risolto il problema in un giorno e rimandato indietro, facendo entrare l'intervento in garanzia nononstante lo avessi acquistato ormai 4 anni fa.
Azienda seria, non posso far altro che raccomandarla e continuare a comprare loro prodotti in futuro.

Bonjour suite a l'achat d'un talkie-walkie G9 et un kit oreillette modèle ABM Tactical celui ci une fois le carton ouvert j'ai tout de suite vue une anomalie !! Le fil est dénudé au ́niveaux de la sortie écoute ! J'envoie une demande d'échange on me signale que ce dis casque était gratuit alors que facture a l'appui il a été facturer on refuse de me l'échanger pour raison qu'il n'existe plus et que pour X raison ils rembourseront pas !!!!! Alors franchement Midland vous assurez pas et vous devriez avoir honte !!!
Talkie-walkie très bien sauf le service Midland qui est tres bip

Ik kocht hier een noodradio. Midland Italia is niet goedkoop en de levering was niet de snelste, bovendien vind ik €10 verzendkosten voor een relatief klein pakket aan de hoge kant. De prijzen zitten duidelijk aan de duurdere kant.

Daartegenover staat dat alles correct werd geleverd en dat de noodradio degelijk aanvoelt en doet wat verwacht wordt. Ik heb geen contact gehad met de klantendienst, dus daar kan ik geen oordeel over vellen. De ervaring was niet bijzonder, maar wel correct en betrouwbaar, wat voor mij een viersterrenervaring rechtvaardigt.

I bought the Dual mike wireless Bluetooth product though their site on black Frida. It come at 09 December. I opened it on 10 December worked for 3 hours. The next day it was dead. No on and no charging. I opened ticket and they told me to speak with the shop that i bought it and closed the ticket. I opened new and explained them that I bought it from the site of midland europe. They answered to me that i have to send it back and to refund me. I told them that I don't want refund but a replacement and they told me that they can't do that. And all of these of course because I bought it on goos discount on black Friday. Brand new costs 130-140 euro and i bought it for 68 euro. So they wanted to give me refund and buy a new one at 140 euro. Their service sucks and they are cunning so that you pay more money. All products based on European standards have a 1-year warranty, if not 2. So where is the warranty? From me is a big fail this and they scammed me.

La livraison n'a pas été faite par courrier mais par le transporteur GLS pour un poids de 100 Grs ! et a mis 7 jours.
j'ai demandé un remboursement du transport avec relance à réception du colis; à ce jour aucune réponse!
Il faut savoir que tant le G9 que les oreillettes sont fabriqués en Chine, alors pour un éventuel besoin je viens de passer la même commande chez Ali Express .Oreillette 3,59 €
Port : 1,48 €
Total: 5,07 € au lieu de 24€
Pour moi , plus aucune Cde chez Midland.

I purchased a new product they advertised. It is an enerpump mini.

I purchased this as a gift and gave it to someone wrapped up after a few weeks. Out of the box it failed to work.

It has taken many tickets and weeks to get any answer from support. But they now say it needs to be replaced. But I have to pay the shipping to return it to Italy before they test and send another unit.

They should be paying the shipping, I already paid shipping to get it in the first place and they sent a non working product.

Beware each reply takes over a week to get another reply. It took weeks for the first reply to my ticket. There is no other way to contact them.

Azienda ottima, im particolare il servizio clienti, prodotti ben fatti, durano e resistono agli uragani. Ora speriamo che sviluppino un sistema di comunicazione via rete dati.
