Difficult site to use, no clear option to pay by credit card, eventually place order and item delivered the next day. please sort out you payment options out.

We're really sorry you experienced issues with payment - we are working on the card payment integration and have to use PayPal's card service for now, which we appreciate isn't clear with the PayPal button, but hoping this will be sorted soon.

Good service

Good website, easy to order, prompt delivery.
Efficient customer services if need to speak to someone.
Only suggestion would be if any “to follow” item(s) it would be helpful to receive expected delivery dates as and when available especially if longer wait expected.

Top quality service from customer department

The staff that assisted me in purchasing the items required went way above expectation in all aspects including assisting me with my technology inabilities and pleasant communication. They deserve 10 stars out of 5.
There was temptation to knock a star off as the contents of the goods was on public display. I brought this up with them, along with the positive comments, which I am assured that will be followed up to cover sensitive information. Which they have since confirmed.
MidMeds are very good distributers overall and I am very satisfied and happy to use again.
