I had an appointment with Neha today, I must say she has the patience of a saint!
I’m not the easiest patient at the best of times but to her credit, she reassures me every time & takes the time to explain things over & over if she has too.
I’ve been a patient for 38 years now, which is self explanatory.

I have been with Midsummer dental practice for more than 17 years. The reception staff is very professional.
Each time i have seen a dentist they did a great job. I did my implant there too.

I've been with Midsummer Dental (formerly Nickolas Burnett & Associates) as an NHS patient for more than 10 years. My experience has always been of a professional and courteous service. I would be happy to recommend them.

I’ve found everyone at Midsummer dental friendly and approachable.
Dr. Winto Lau and his nurse Amy are very professional. Dr. Lau has a very calm manner which totally puts me at ease, he explains everything thoroughly before, during and after treatment and is always happy to discuss any concerns. I would highly recommend this practice.

Neha & Chloe were very efficient in reattaching my crown. Was in the chair no longer than for a standard check-up

My family recently join the Midsummer Dental. Dr. Winto Lau and the nurse Amber are professional and friendly. Dr. Lau explained to us what happening to our teeth and gave us different treatment’s plans. He also told us how to take care of our teeth. In conclude, we felt comfortable from the 1st minute when we walk into and they won’t let you down. Highly recommend!

I walked to my appointment knowing that it was likely I would have a tooth extracted on this day (only my second tooth ever). I needn’t have worried, having confirmed the worst Dr Aparna assured me it would be okay and with the support of her excellent assistant Dominica my tooth was out. Great aftercare advice has ensured that my gum is healing nicely. A VERY BIG THANK YOU.

Aparna and Dominika make a great team and work well together which made me feel relaxed and confident in their care. They always take time to explain issues and outline treatment, and check frequently that everything is ok. Dental treatment is no longer unpleasant!

I hadn’t been to a dentist in years due to previous bad experiences and after chipping a front tooth I knew I desperately needed to be seen but felt so anxious about the whole process. From my first appointment my lovely dentist Dr Neha Shah made me so at ease. Today’s appointment was with nurse Olivia who I would also highly recommend. My only regret is not going sooner. If you are a anxious or nervous patient I cannot recommend Dr Shah enough.

Recently joined the practice and just had my 4th appointment due to on going pain and they were great from Izzy on reception, dental nurse Olivia and dentist Balv. Super happy that I joined this practice.
I am a very nervous dental patient and they've all made sure that I was as comfortable as I can be which makes for a better experience 😊

As a nervous patient going to the dentist has often been an ordeal. However Midsummer Dental is not to be feared!

I have been going to Midsummer Dental now for over a year and before them, I was so fearful of going to the dentist. My Dentist Aparna made me feel at ease and so relaxed from the minute I sat in the chair, she is so soft and gentle and takes her time with me. Ciara-Jayne the Dental Nurse is very reassuring and holds my hand if I need it.

The reception staff are so delightful and welcoming.

Not somewhere to be feared! Going to the dentist can be worrying. But at midsummer dental practice it's never been the case.
After a warm welcome there's another equally happy greeting into the hygienist room.
I'm always asked how I feel.
Any health changes.
Checked for unusual swelling or jaw alignment.
Then talked through what's been happening to my teeth and gums, and what the state is today.
My oral hygiene is discussed. Any changes implemented, not just by telling, but also by showing.
Prolonging the ability to keep my own teeth as long as possible is very important to me.
Having a local dental practice even more so.
I'm lucky that even after the founder retired, the same level of welcome and service continues.

Phoebe (hygienist) is friendly and professional. She explained everything as she did it, making sure I was comfortable with what was going on, and gave me useful dental care advice.

Aparna has looked after my teeth ever since I moved to Cambridge in 2019, and she and her assistant Dominika are truly outstanding. They offer a kind and thoughtful approach, listening carefully and providing sensible, considered advice, then carrying out dental work to the highest standard. I feel myself to be so lucky to have such excellent service, all under the NHS.
