I paid a significant fee to Migration Expert on April 4th to assist with a tourist visa application. Based on previous experience, I expected a quick turnaround — especially as a Danish citizen applying for a simple tourist visa.

However, by April 9th — after their stated processing deadline had passed and just two days before my trip to Australia — I had still not received any update. I tried calling and sent two emails, but received no response at all.

Out of concern, I decided to apply directly through the official Australian government website. The process took only minutes to complete, and my visa was approved almost immediately — and completely free of charge.

Later that same day, Migration Expert finally delivered the visa, but by then it was far too late to be helpful.

Overall, I found the service extremely disappointing. Poor communication, missed deadlines, and an expensive service that added no value compared to doing it directly yourself.

I would not recommend using Migration Expert for straightforward visa applications.

I had to make quick travel arrangements for Australia, my daughters Aus passport had expired but she was travelling on a british one. Let's say I was stressing to say the least. I struggled to find the answers I needed. My husband used Migration Expert for other times he has travelled. They got back to my query within no time and gave me the info I needed. I then organised the visa through them and once again it came in faster than expected. I cannot rate the company highly enough and will using them for all future visa applications. Big thank you to them!

My wife and I were eager to celebrate our wedding anniversary with a trip to Australia, but our dreams were shattered due to the negligence, ignorance, and lack of professionalism exhibited by the institution's agent.

It's essential to debunk the illusion presented in their advertisements. After payment, expect complete silence if your visa is rejected due to their mistake. Emails will go unanswered, leaving you in the dark.

Let me recount my experience for you. When applying for a tourist visa, I held a marriage visa in another country with my dual-national wife. Shockingly, the assigned agent(Sh.G) lacked basic knowledge about the marriage visa type and its implications, forcing me to seek guidance from an AI, ChatGPT.

Equally concerning was the agent's inability to provide crucial information about the factors influencing a successful tourist visa application. Left without answers, I sought guidance from another lawyer, incurring an additional fee.

Despite my efforts to submit correct documents based on the lawyer's advice, a critical error occurred – the agent forgot to attach them to the application. The Australian government cited a lack of proof for these documents, resulting in visa rejection.

Subsequent attempts to seek compensation for the AUD 1,600 spent were met with silence from both the institution and the agent. I share this to caution you – the promises made by this institution are not honored, and your dreams may be easily toyed with.

Paid $200 for nothing.

Paid for an online video consultation service in 27/08/2023 for the call to be in 28/08/2023, I joined the call 10 minutes late because the invitation came to me on the spam mailbox, when I joined I found out that the consultant has already left.

Sent an email to request a reschedule and after many slow replies from the consultant's side we agreed to reschedule the meeting to be on Tuesday 05/09/2023, joined the meeting 10 minutes earlier this time and to my surprise the consultant never showed up even after 30 minutes of the agreed start time.

Requested a refund through and email then got a call from someone clams to be an account manager, apologized to me and asked me to some questions about my application and said he will be following up and he will make sure that I get the level of service I expect.

Sent many emails to find the same consultant who didn't join my calls or respect my time replying that this account manager is currently so busy and can't reply. (Totally joke)

I asked for a refund again and no one replies to my messages now.

It's just a SCAM with a good looking website, in this company no one respects your time or even respect his/her job.

We visited the nice Migration Expert Aus.site
It looks good. Although no real proof of its performance. It appeared, then to be possibly ok . 19March 2020, we take the risk and join up.
We paid for services over $2k for their services to help with our visa.
Web site is responding with invoice and order confirmation and providing LogOn details and a form to fill out with links to 3 more documents.

We started downloading & filling out the forms, providing a lot of personal details...and logged out to organize our documentation. Then we found that the additional 3x forms attached as links to the 1st form do not work. Dead end.
We log in (several times) to initial web page with log in details provided by them but only limited details of previous correspondence and work documents are now visible (bother).

The Web page suggests to use their help chat page.

But to get chat help you need to log in again to different page: "We are here to help.." chat area although we already logged into their initial secure web page (bother). Oh no ! this time the provided LogOn password doesn't work. Dead end again.

May be we could ring Melbourne Tel No., or we check if this web service is for real, now we search here at Trust Pilot. Turns out Trust Pilot is a service provider to Migration Expert Aus. and seemingly with reviews to match.

SCAM!

I paid for a telephone call consultation and never received the call. I called the office over ten times and it was clear the person was picking up the phone and then hanging it up immediately.
