This is a scam . Their storage bins are actually a clear bag . Lighter than a child’s back pack. They falsely advertised as a strong storage with the wrong picture. I was so shocked and disappointed. I immediately regretted the purchase. And requested address to return for a full refund. I would have give one star. But I had to , to leave a review.

The item I received is nothing like what was shown when I placed the order. Its is a very thin plastic bag, I could have went to the grocery store and got a bag compatible to what I received.

Do NOT order from these people. They are a scam. I ordered an item on 5/21/2025 and still have not received it. They shipped it twice, but it cannot be tracked. I have asked for a refund so many times and they will not give a refund for merchandise not received. It has been a battle since I ordered the item on 5/21/2025. I asked for a refund again on 12/25/2025 but they just give excuses instead of the refund. Very frustrating to deal with them not to mention the out-of-pocket expense. They should be removed from PayPay and they will be reported to them as well.

I ordered few garlands at the beginning of November 2024, ensuring I had enough time for it to arrive before Christmas, as I was organizing an important function. Unfortunately, the garlands didn’t arrive until mid January 2025, over two and a half months later!

These garlands were not cheap, so I couldn’t justify spending more money to purchase replacements elsewhere. As a result, I was left without them for the entire Christmas season. When they finally did arrive, I was thoroughly disappointed. The material felt cheap, almost like rubber, and definitely not worth the price.

Dealing with their so called customer service was equally frustrating. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, I was given bunch of excuses and pushbacks, repeatedly being told that the product was on its way. Frankly, products from the North Pole would have arrived faster than this supposedly U.S.-based delivery!
In my opinion, if you decide to sell products online, you should take responsibility. I’ve made many online purchases, including from Amazon and other companies worldwide. Even during the postal strike in December, most companies made alternate arrangements with courier services to ensure timely delivery—even for small orders that didn’t cost hundreds of dollars. There was absolutely no excuse for this order to take so long.
I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but I felt it was necessary to warn others. Once this company receives your payment, they no longer seem to care. They will respond to your inquiries, but only with unnecessary excuses and no real solutions. Save yourself the headache and avoid ordering from this company!

This company is a SCAM! I ordered 4, 9ft garlands and after 5 weeks, they sent me 12 twigs. They refuse my refund and wanted to me ship the items to HONG KONG which would have cost more than my refund. DO NOT BUY!! You have been warned!!

I ordered the Norfolk Green Garland: First, they overcharged me, after reporting the overcharge they did give me a credit. Then It took a month to receive the package. They gave me 2 tracking sites that reported vague updates. The product I received looked nothing like the product advertised. It was rubbery in feel, smelled and was sparse in comparison to the online picture. I have pictures but nowhere to post them here.

This has been a solid purchase. It took a bit longer to arrive than expected, about three weeks. The quality is impressive and it serves its purpose well at home.
