I bought a pair of hogan trainers and the wrong size cam in the right size box. After so much back a forward over a month they have chosen to send me back £98 of £270!Now they are ignoring me. I have all the evidence in my emails. I will be fighting for the rest of my money back but in the mean time Iâd highly advise to stay away from this company if you donât want to lose moneyâŠ

Excuse after excuse but no real resolution. From what I can gather this company merely serves as a gateway for independent boutiques, so in essence itâs like buying from a jumble sale. Once they final locate the item or the seller has it, then you might get somewhere. Buy the product from a bonafide retailer not a third party seller. Not going to use this service again strangely enoughâŠ..

They are terrible
They are a terrible website. Customer service acts like they are responsive but incapable of solving the problem. I ordered a product and was not happy with the quality, they told me to contact customer service to resolve the issue. They offered solutions that did work out and told me to return the product using the label they provided. For some reason, the parcel shop scanned the label, gave me the receipt but the parcel was not collected and ended up being there for 2 weeks. They told me now the return window has passed and they refused to do anything. My takeaway is that it is extremely difficult to return products with them, and also dont contact their customer service. They cause more problems as they cannot solve anything.

Never received my order - raised it with customer services who conducted an "investigation" that concluded with them telling me the delivery had been made. There proof was a blurry photo of a box with no distinguishing features. I challenged this but didn't hear back. Absolute joke of a company.

Great shop to get hard to find items at very competitive price. I ordered a pair of glasses which ended up being to small. Return was processed and refunded within 2 weeks.
Processing, delivery and return can be tracked in detail. I would recommend this shop.

Quality of this product was poor, returns were also not great, as the drop off points were miles away and few and far between and the cost of returning was expensive. I should have looked into this website first, I probably wouldnât have ordered it.

First time I ordered from Miinto and they were great and responsive and my coat arrived early which was great as needed it for an event. I recommend using them for highend brands.

I was told I would receive confirmation and delivery details within 1â2 business days, but nothing ever arrived. The next day (30th), I received another email saying Iâd get an update within 48 hours â again, never arrived.
The only reason I eventually learned that my order had been cancelled was because I contacted customer service myself. There was no proactive communication about the cancellation, which is disappointing for an online retailer. Taking payment instantly but failing to provide even basic order updates is unacceptable.

Avoid this company at all costs. Otherwise you will be faced with a very lengthy battle to get any form or refund should you decide the item you purchased is not to your liking, unsuitable, does not fit, all of the options as a customer you should be able to choose when purchasing online or direct from store. I purchased a pair of very expensive knee length leather Paris Texas boots from Miinto in September 2025. After trying the boots at home on a soft rug, following all the guidance set out by Miinto and their T&C's, I decided they did not suit my leg shape and made the decision to return them. I carefully re-packaged them in the original box and took them to the DHL drop off point. I did not think anything more other than to await the refund. I received an email just before the 14 day period of which they promise to process the refund from Miinto Customer resolution team stating that, upon inspection, the product within the parcel showed signs of use, leading to them declining my return request. The rejected item would be returned to me shortly and that the matter was considered closed. No opportunity for me to respond, no opportunity for the customer to provide anything further. Nothing. Matter closed?! Thankfully I had paid with my credit card an added protection for customers faced with a rogue seller. I advise anyone who dares to purchase from this company, use a credit card as they can prove invaluable when faced with situations like this. It took a very lengthy 3 months and much due diligence on my part and co operation with my credit card provider to fight this company to get the refund that I was due. I believe this company work as a third party intermediary between you, the buyer and the sellers of the goods, which you are wishing to purchase. Some of the sellers I believe are boutiques. The boutique in my case were the ones who decided they did not wish to accept the return of the boots. Look a the reviews and experiences of other customers on this platform. You will see that many have experienced the same or similar as the one I did. The value of the goods that they are selling are high end and designer. Making up stories about the condition of the goods once returned that are simply not true and completely false is unacceptable. I received false claims from Miinto regarding my credit card companies decision to reverse the charge. Threats and intimidation to force me into accepting the delivery of the boots back to me. The final outcome made by my credit card company was favourable to me, however, this took a lengthy 3 months and a very stressful period of time writing lots of emails, filling out reports and sending evidence that was used to back up my claim that what had been used as the reason for declining my return was not true. Please please please use caution when ordering from this platform.
