Estoy intentando comprar la tarjeta física de Miio desde hace más de una semana. Cuando llego al último paso que es el pago dentro de la App da un error. Este suceso se lo hice saber a los servicios de asistencia que tienen y la respuesta siempre fue la misma y que daban por solucionado el problema, lo cual no era cierto porque seguía dando el mismo error. Después de muchos avisos de que seguía sin funcionar, me envían un correo reconociendo que tenian problemas en los servicios informáticos y que estaban trabajando en el tema para solucionarlo.... pasaron los días y el tema igual que en un principio. Lamentable en una compañía de cargadores eléctricos de este rango un tema tan simple no lo haya solucionado en 24 horas.
La conclusión es que desistiré de solicitar dicha tarjeta física y buscarme la vida por otro lado.

Yes this is one fine company, half the time the machines dont work or have signal and the other time they invesnt new terms and conditions. I have just sold my electric car and this company refuese to refund the balalnce on the card. Its almost 80€.
Will make a point to kicking the machine every time I pass in the future or perhaps even worse...

Um mich aus Deutschland anmelden zu können, musste ich vorab 20 Euro überweisen. Schon bei der ersten Nutzung der App wurde jedoch deutlich, wie intransparent das System ist. Ich habe daraufhin die Rückerstattung der 20 Euro beantragt.
Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass lediglich 19 Euro erstattet werden, womit ich mich einverstanden erklärte. Das Guthaben war in der App daraufhin sofort nicht mehr verfügbar, doch auf die tatsächliche Rückzahlung warte ich nun bereits seit vier Monaten. Zweimal wurde ich vertröstet mit dem Versprechen, das Geld würde am darauffolgenden Montag auf meinem Konto eingehen – bis heute ist nichts passiert.
Der Kundenservice antwortet kaum noch. Es ist unbegreiflich, wie man Kunden wegen eines Betrags von 19 Euro derart abschrecken kann. Das Geld gehört mir. Die App ist intransparent sowie teuer, und ich fühle mich durch die ständigen leeren Versprechungen hingehalten. Es ist sehr bedauerlich, dass diese negative Erfahrung nun mein Bild von Dienstleistungen aus Portugal prägt. Einfach unprofessionell und unangemessen.

I have had a very disappointing experience with Miio support. After deciding to discontinue using their service, I requested a refund of the unused balance remaining in my wallet. Despite European consumer protection norms regarding "unjust enrichment," they flatly refused to return my own money, citing internal policies that the balance is "non-refundable."
It is predatory to force customers to keep money in an app they no longer wish to use. The support team (Catarina C.) merely repeated the script rather than offering a solution. If you value flexibility and control over your own money, avoid loading your wallet here.

Compré saldo en la app de miio para cargar mi coche y me han confirmado por correo que ese dinero “no es reembolsable” y además caduca a los 2 años. Aunque esté en los Términos y Condiciones, que pocos leen al recargar, me parece una práctica injusta: es dinero aportado por el usuario para un servicio y, si no se usa, debería poder recuperarse.

Estas condiciones penalizan al cliente y generan desconfianza. Yo desinstalo y no volveré a usar miio. Recomiendo leer bien las políticas antes de añadir fondos y valorar alternativas con reembolso claro.

MIIO claims to be an international company delivering charging solutions for electrical vehicles (EVs). In reality, however, the company is a Portuguese scam.
During vacation in France we needed to charge our EV. We found a charger - which required us to download the MIIO app and to transfer funding to MIIO before we could begin using the charger. However, having made the transfer, it became clear that the charger was not functioning (and when contacting the help-line, they appeared to be well aware of this !). We therefore asked MIIO to return the payment. MIIO agreed in writing that they were obligated to return the money to us. However, they simply do not proceed to actually making the refund despite numerous promises.
Subsequently, the Portuguese Consumer Authority has contacted MIIO to have the company make the refund, but MIIO does not even bother to respond to the Consumer Authority.
My best advice therefore is: Keep away from MIIO !

Perfeito para visualizar todos os postos existentes em Portugal principalmente.
Muito intuitiva a utilização com os preços de forma muito transparente.

Terrible scam company, they force you to add money to the wallet then it doesn't work to charge your car and when I contacted them they said this money is irretrievable.
Total scam. DO NOT USE!!

Ich kann die Miio-App leider absolut nicht empfehlen. Meine Erfahrung war geprägt von irreführender Preisgestaltung und einem Kundenservice, der auf Beschwerden und Anfragen schlichtweg nicht reagiert.

Das Hauptproblem ist die Preisgestaltung: An der Ladesäule wurde ein Preis von 0,25 €/kWh beworben, die App selbst bot sogar 0,22 €/kWh an. Tatsächlich abgerechnet wurden mir aber horrende 0,81 €/kWh! Die nachträgliche Erklärung diverser Gebühren (CEME, OPC, TAR etc.) ändert nichts daran, dass der Endpreis vor dem Ladevorgang nicht transparent ersichtlich war. Das ist inakzeptabel und meiner Meinung nach ein klarer Verstoß gegen die EU-Preisangabenrichtlinie (98/6/EG).

Der Kundenservice ist eine Katastrophe: Trotz mehrfacher E-Mails habe ich auf meine detaillierte Beschwerde bezüglich der falschen Rechnung und meine Forderungen (Rechnungskorrektur, Auszahlung des Guthabens, Kontolöschung, DSGVO-Auskunft nach Art. 15) bis heute keine substanzielle Antwort oder Lösung erhalten. Anfragen werden ignoriert, Probleme ausgesessen.

Fazit: Wer Wert auf transparente Preise und einen funktionierenden Kundenservice legt, sollte einen großen Bogen um Miio machen. Die anfängliche Preisauskunft ist irreführend, und bei Problemen wird man im Stich gelassen. Ich warte immer noch auf die Korrektur meiner Rechnung, die Löschung meines Kontos und die Auskunft über meine Daten gemäß DSGVO. Absolut keine Empfehlung!
