4/5 Stars – Great PC, Room for Improvement!

Absolutely awesome experience with Mike PC overall!

The build quality is outstanding, the cable management is super clean, and the attention to detail is impressive. My gaming PC looks incredible and performs even better!

Everything runs smoothly, with amazing graphics, great temperatures and excellent gaming performance. Couldn't be happier with the finished product!

The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is the communication. Updates throughout the ordering and shipping process were quite limited, and I found myself having to follow up for information. A little more proactive communication and transparency would make a huge difference to the overall customer experience.

That being said, the quality of the PC speaks for itself, and it's clear the team takes pride in their work.

Massive thanks to Mike PC for an incredible gaming setup! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality gaming PC.

Overall, a solid 4 stars! Improve the communication, and it's easily a 5-star experience!

Avoid this seller. Shipping was delayed and communication was extremely poor—it often took 3 to 5 days to get a single response to an email. To make matters worse, the laptop arrived with physical damage. Dealing with their customer service is a frustrating waste of time. It is definitely worth paying a bit more to buy from a reputable and quality retailer instead.

Well everyone has a different experience, I had mike built my ai workstation I spoke to the guy for hours discussing about the specific build i want for my a.i workstation, the guy is knowledgeable enough to give me reasonable build for 3 rtx3090 set and it arrived within 10 business days as discussed from the time of purchased. I benchmark and tested it even and it runs really well. Mike has done a good job and happy to purchase again in the future in case i need to expand but most likely i might do my own build since im getting more interested in intel arc pro series GPU builds.

I recently purchased a PC from here. Although RAM prices have been insane, I still managed to get the best-speced PC I could within my budget.
The build process was a bit delayed 😅, but one of the staff called me to offer a better motherboard upgrade since they were out of stock on the original one, which for me definitely made up for the delay and I was happy to go for it 👍.
I love how my freshly built PC turned out. The performance and the look are both great, and the staff helped me a lot with the in-store demo and setup. In the end, it was worth the wait.

AVOID! $2000 computer was returned to MikePC (without being delivered to customer as my brother passed away unexpectedly before delivery) with seller's agreement and promise of an 85% refund prior to return. It was signed for by Michael from MikePC on 15 August, yet 26 August I'm still trying to chase the refund and MikePC has ignored my emails. I'm now reporting this to the police as theft and to ACCC as violation of consumer rights. I've lodged a formal complaint with Afterpay and I'm contacting AFCA. This is the last thing I should have to be dealing with while grieving over the loss of my brother. MikePC is a horrible, unethical thief.

I recently purchased a PC from MikePC and unfortunately, my experience was awful. A basic PC took few weeks to be shipped and the quality is awful. It is ok in first week but kept crashing and restarted the following week. Open a chat but never replied.
I came for local repair store and needs to paid additional $400 for replacement... the PC is built with cheap brand.
Save your money in the long term and go elsewhere for quality, reliable builds.

Have not received my pc yet and it has been over the 5-7 business days great prices but very bad delivery
