Supportive, patient and proactive
Chris was supportive, proactive and patient throughout the process. He clearly and slowly walked us through each step of the process as first home buyers and never made us feel silly through many questions and a couple of panicked phone calls! We really felt that he was in our corner which made a stressful process that much more manageable.

Chris was very proactive and helped me get the best solution to allow me to purchase my new house. I have used Chris before in purchasing a property and both times he has been very communicative, provided good clear advice and made the whole process relatively stress free.

Chris was excellent throughout our loan history with Sovereign and nothing was too much bother. He advocated for us when we may have been slighly outside the loan criteria, to everyones benefit. We could not recommend him highly enough.
