As first time property and home owners we had little understanding of the processes or requirements. Grant gave us advice several months ahead of time so we could get our finances in order and develop a savings plan that would assist when approaching a bank for a home loan. This paid off when the bank approved us in what was a very challenging time for first home owners trying to secure a mortgage.

After our loan was pre-approached Grant worked tirelessly to advise and assist us if we had queries about some of the properties we considered purchasing.
And after our successful purchase Grant stepped us and assisted all the way through to settlement.
