Erica was very thorough in her explaining of everything to us, was often in contact with the bank on our behalf, was available readily for consulting and we felt she did so much more than just broker a deal for us. We are very happy with her service. She was warm, polite, and reassuring.

Erica was exceptionally knowledgeable and enabled us to feel confident in our recent refinance process.
Our lawyer was unprepared in the lead up to settlement date. This unpreparedness nearly resulted in settlement not occurring, as the lawyer didn't read the offer of finance documents properly. He was only going to repay one bank and provide me the rest of the settlement funds to pay the additional finance company myself. Erica picked up the slack from the lawyer and had the courageous discussion with the lawyer to point out his errors, even when the lawyer was trying to blame the issue on everyone else instead of taking responsibility for his lack of due diligence. Erica's professionalism and due diligence saved our refinancing from failure. We are extremely grateful to have gone on this journey with Erica.
