During the entire process Gary made us feel important and as if we were his only clients. He was easily, and always, contactable, and kept us well informed. He worked hard to get us the result we needed!

Generally very happy especially with the outcome. Always room for improvement. Process seemed to be very slow and information given to third parties wasn't correct resulting in things not being actioned in a timely manner. It was probably 6 to 8 weeks from first contact so date is indicative only. But we got there in the end. Thank you.

When we went directly to the bank the mortgage manager made a very unfavorable offer for a new mortgage. We went back to Garry, who had help organise our previous mortgage, and he managed to get what we wanted.

Finding Gary was an absolute relief. I had been uncertain about how to go about organising a new mortgage in the ever changing financial market. Gary simply made the experience stress free. He answered questions and simplified the options I had available. I honestly cannot say enough how grateful I am for all his work and help he did to assist getting me into my new home!

For a start Mike Pero Mortgages was recommended by my brother, you can't get a much better recommendation than from a brother that cares about you. Next it's a good idea to get advice from someone independent from the banks that are making a lot of money from us. Next and probably the biggest reason I went with Mike Pero Mortgages was Gary in Timaru. When I first met him I felt very confident in him getting me a good result. He is a very genuine person that wants to help you and that made me feel comfortable that I was is good hand and it took a lot of stress off me. Because I was in Mike Pero Mortgages area often I'd go in and see Gary and he always made time for me for a chat and keep me up to date. I would definitely recommend him to other people.

Gary expertly guided us through the process and helped us every step of the way , he always was there to help and answer all our questions, this was a long process due to the current environment but Gary was reassuring and made us feel informed and comfortable with what stage we were in , we would 100% recommend Gary to all our family and friends, in fact we already have passed his details onto to others.
