Tania was very very helpful, I did this on my own and had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Tania was able to guide me through the process and get me the best deal with the banks. She was available through email, texts and phone calls for any questions I had. 100% recommend!!!

Tania was a delight to work with. She was always available to answer any questions we had and she made us feel very comfortable with the whole mortgage process. She gave us a few options to choose from and didn't pressure us into anything. She worked hard to get us the best deal possible.

Our purchase process was rather complicated and evolved over a few months. We initially approached Tania about helping us with an owner occupied home, and months later ended up purchasing an investment property as our circumstances had changed. We had an unusual situation with our finances that was new to Tania and the bank but she was able to progress it through to approval for us.
