I always found her to be approachable and more han happy to help.

Her communication is top tier and she is just amazing at what she does. She really makes you feel heard and valued when you in the middle of a new process. She was available whenever I needed her. I couldnt recommend her enough!!

Jacqui was always available to answer any questions that we might have even the most trivial sometimes the question seemed really silly to us but to her she said no problem and answer them She also explained things in terms that we understood
