It was great because the experience went smoothly from the initial meeting up until the day the house key was given to us. The skillful watch of Nigel and his team made our purchase the easier. Easy and peaceful id best experience. The mortgage plan we had were tailored to our current financial status. The constant reminder to do list and of what’s next was always on point. The special interest rate of Nigel was a big help and also the rebate negotiated was higher than what we expected. There are a lot more to say here but yeah, we highly recommend Nigel Sew Hoy and we will refer him to people we know who plans to buy a house too.

Nigel Sew Hoy made the process of buying my first house seamless from our very first meeting. He went above and beyond by getting me the best available loan terms as well as giving solid advice and perspective on all the properties I was interested in. He also gave great auction strategy advice and was readily available to answer any questions I had no matter how trivial, often replying to my questions out of business hours. His assistance didn’t stop once I assigned with the bank, he continued to check in and even sent me reminders when my first mortgage repayments were due. I would never buy a property in the future without the support of Nigel and would recommend his services to all of my friends and family.
