Piet and I acknowledge we were trying to sort our mortgage and insurances over the Christmas holiday season. But we felt that communication between our broker and us could have been better. This lack of communication caused some undue stress and frustration.

In the end we contacted ANZ ourselves as our broker said they will be in touch, which they did not. Due to not being able to contact our broker, we felt that we were left hanging.

Shane made the whole process so easy and non-stressful. I valued his advice and he was happy to answer any questions I had. I had previously gone through a bank which was difficult as it was all online. To have Shane, in person, made it all so much easier.
