We had a very long and stressful journey to finally buying our first home. Steve has been on that journey with us for over 2 years. We live in the North Island so all of our interactions were either via phone, zoom or email, but this did not matter as he always made this process easy. Steve was always available to talk to, and was fast in getting back to us. Throughout our journey we chopped and changed plans and Steve was always accommodating and patient with us. He was kind and professional with his advice and genuinely wanted the best outcome for us, making sure we has access to the best options at the time. We are grateful for all of Steve's help with our first home purchase and could not have done this without him!

I met Steve 7 years ago with buying my first home, Steve helped me through every step with clear communication and even after he kept contact to make sure things was still going on the right track. Mike was extremely helpful and guided me expertly through what was a rather trying experience, using his innate knowledge of the NZ lending system and current housing market. Once I found the right property it was very straightforward. His guidance was invaluable.

A very positive experience we had with Steve which we understand is only the beginning of further interactions given we are in a building contract. Some minor issues regarding communication and having to redo forms with our lawyer however these were addressed in a satisfactory timely manner. Would recommend Steve's services.
