Fantastic communication.
Rose would send us regular updates throughout the whole process as to where our application was at, so we were very confident things were getting sorted and we hadn't been forgotten or missed by the bank (which had happened to us in the past by our previous bank before we had her help)

Tim is the best, always available when needed, fantastic on time communication. He takes the hassle out of dealing with banks and mortgages, makes it extremely stress free. We gave her a tough brief - getting finance sorted start to finish within 10 working days, and she worked hard for us to get multiple offers of finance within our timeline and helped us decide the best path for us.
